This article is so interesting. Heres an Army Officer doing a research project on a new weapon. When you read his concerns they were based on first hand field operations. He watched them in live fire exercises run out of ammo presumably before objectives were met. A fairly obvious question is why the manufacturers would DECREASE magazine capacity. The responses were statements like this:

I get the issue of the larger projectile and modern body armor. But the guys USING rifles don’t like this compromise. The problem isn’t any one weapon system. The problem is theory trumping actual observable reality in all aspects of our world today. And when the theoretical guys are wrong, they “go back to the drawing board” but the warfighter goes to the morgue.

On the 80 th Anniversary of the Russians’ victory over German Nazi regime. We supplied weapons and money, it was a group effort. But the Russians lost 27 million of their population in fighting Nazism. Zelensky’s grandfather fought heroically in the Red Army against the Banderites in Ukraine— the very group grandson Zelensky is in league with today. We who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it. And none of that war makes sense except that strings were pulled at high levels to bring down the Czar and put in a Communist dictatorship, creating false dichotomies from WWI, and drawing artificial boundaries that would naturally lead to conflict. The same plan that left Russian speaking people of the Donbass within Ukraine, left German speaking people after WWI within Poland. In both cases the cause for conflict began when the host country started killing those foreign populations who had been ceded to them. Did WWI really start because of the assassination of an Archduke most people in the world had never heard of? Did Putin really just wake up one day and decide to send the RFA into Eastern Ukraine? On the 80 th anniversary of victory in this horrible conflict, we should vow “No more contrived wars pitting brother against brother. Its time for Team Human.
