☀️My first 2024 year post and it is about my fresh experience... about DIGITAL DETOX ☀️
I did a quick research on the subject matter and found out the classification of types, although there might as well be other kinds of digital detox,it is not the limit. So ...
📌Social media detox.
📌Express detox. Give up your devices for a holiday or less
📌Digital abstinence. Choose one day per week for a digital detox.
📌Targeted detox. Restrict your access to a specific app, website, or game.
✨Have you ever tried any of those mentioned?✨
I have ...during 7 days and the result is highly positive. My takeaways after digital detox :
🔥harmonious connection to my inner self
🔥conscious choice of meaningful activities
🔥feeling of being proud of myself that I can modify a habit
🔥My night sleep has significantly improved
🔥My headaches have totally disappeared
🔥I stopped comparing myself to others
🔥Life is playing true colors without filters !
My plan is to be consistent and I wish you all YOUR HEALTHY CONSISTENCIES ❤️

This time it was an event in the historical mansion of the military minister Milutin ( Sadovaya,4)
🎉Il Carnevale di Venezia 🎉La serata di cultura Italiana .
What were we doing there ?
There was a dresscode announced to look beautiful and elegant. So,we had a lecture about the history of Venezian Carnival,then a buffet with snacks and beverages, then an italian concert and a dancing masterclass. 💃
📌Some facts about the Venezian carnival:
💫Takes place on Saturday, 27.01 ,and continue to Tuesday,13.02.
💫Features dazzling costumes and stunning masquerade masks
💫During the event, participants often wear 17th century Venetian dresses with intricate masks ( each mask symbolizes historical figures)
💫There are street shows and boat parades. History in the making ,in my opinion 😀
💫The ticket price varies from 300$ to more than 5000$ per person ,depending on the level of luxury!
👗👠💍It was a chance for me to dress up and transport in a different era 😃

KYSOTI is short for "keep your stick on the ice," which is another way to say, "stay calm and be ready for anything." People from areas where hockey is popular, such as Minnesota and Canada, most often use it online and in messages as an encouraging farewell.
