I weekly participate in various Italian meetings and trying vigorously to keep the level of my Italian updated 😊Yesterday's speaking club was about Italian commercial posters and it ended up with making our own creative attempts to craft ours. MATRESHKA was in the spotlight ,although we advertised it in Italian🔥😃🔥

I've never thought long and deep about its symbolism.

A loggia is an Italian word for a covered outdoor corridor or gallery usually attached to the main residence. The space would typically incorporate architectural columns and arches into its design. 

💡Its origin is from the mid-18th century from the Italian word for "lodge." The term is somewhat antiquated and most often associated with older European buildings, such as the Royal Albert Hall, a concert hall that has loggia box seating.

So, ITALY 🇮🇹 is everywhere, ingrained in our culture and art here in Saint Petersburg!

In English,there is an array of color idioms but black ⚫️ and white are the most " elegant" 😎
