Serious diseases, pain, mental issues or whatever you want CANNOT just solved with a phone call! It's time that people use the brain. If a person is having a terminal disease or whatever, he should have the right to do active / assisted suicide, instead of living in a fake reality created by our governments / doctors.
Doesn't matter if about euthanasia or abortion, rejecting such things mean that people need to do self made suicide, and this can have huge consequences to multiple people not related to us, like previously shared

Article 222-23: Tout acte de pénétration sexuelle, de quelque nature qu’il soit, ou tout acte bucco-génital commis sur la personne d’autrui ou sur la personne de l’auteur par violence, contrainte, menace ou surprise est un viol.
Le viol est puni de quinze ans de réclusion criminelle. —> 15 years
Article 222-24 Le viol défini à l’article 222-23 est puni de vingt ans de réclusion criminelle :
1° Lorsqu’il a entraîné une mutilation ou une infirmité permanente ;
2° Lorsqu’il est commis sur un mineur de quinze ans ;
3° Lorsqu’il est commis sur une personne dont la particulière vulnérabilité, due à son âge, à une maladie, à une infirmité, à une déficience physique ou psychique ou à un état de grossesse, est apparente ou connue de l’auteur ;
5° Lorsqu’il est commis par une personne qui abuse de l’autorité que lui confèrent ses fonctions ;
6° Lorsqu’il est commis par plusieurs personnes agissant en qualité d’auteur ou de complice ;

Article 222-25 Le viol défini aux articles 222-23,222-23-1 et 222-23-2 est puni de trente ans de réclusion criminelle lorsqu’il a entraîné la mort de la victime. —> 30 years! when she die, but is not written that they should get more, if the victim commits suicide due to the rape
Article 222-26 Le viol défini aux articles 222-23,222-23-1 et 222-23-2 est puni de la réclusion criminelle à perpétuité lorsqu’il est précédé, accompagné ou suivi de tortures ou d’actes de barbarie.
Les deux premiers alinéas de l’article 132-23 relatif à la période de sûreté sont applicables à l’infraction prévue par le présent article. —> life sentence! with violent rape
