وقتی نیازهای دنیا رو میبینی و همزمان کاری رو انتخاب میکنی که برات درآمدزایی هم داره، به اون چیزی میرسی که IKIGAI ازش به عنوان Vocation یا همون رسالت شغلی یاد میکنه. اینجا جاییه که علاقه شخصی، نیازهای جامعه و امکان کسب درآمد همگی در کنار هم جمع میشن و به زندگی کاریمون معنا و هدف میدن.
تصور کن هر روز صبح بیدار بشی و بری سر کاری که نه تنها به جامعه و دنیا کمک میکنه، بلکه نیازهای مالی خودت رو هم تأمین میکنه. این ترکیب از یه شغل فقط واسه پول درآوردن فراتر میره و تبدیل میشه به چیزی که نه تنها ارزشمنده، بلکه توش رضایت واقعی رو هم پیدا میکنی.
برای نسل Z، این مفهوم خیلی مهمه. این نسل، همونطور که دخترم هم بهم یاد داد، دنبال اینه که کاری پیدا کنه که هم به خودش و هم به جامعه فایده برسونه. دیگه فقط کار نمیکنن واسه یه چک حقوقی؛ دنبال اینن که با کاری که میکنن، دنیا رو جای بهتری بکنن.

For Generation Z, this concept is vital. As my daughter taught me, this generation seeks work that benefits both themselves and society. They’re not just working for a paycheck anymore; they’re striving to make a positive difference through their careers.

بخش ششم: ترکیب تمامی ابعاد – یافتن IKIGAI
در بخشهای قبل به این پرداختیم که چطور علاقه و مهارت، نیازهای دنیا و توانایی درآمدزایی میتونن با هم ترکیب بشن و به ما کمک کنن تا مسیر زندگیمون رو با هدف و معنی پیدا کنیم. حالا، وقتی همهی این ابعاد با هم ترکیب میشن، به اون چیزی میرسیم که IKIGAI نامیده میشه. اینجا جاییه که همه چیز با هم در هم میآمیزه و زندگیمون رو به سمت معنا و اشتیاق هدایت میکنه.
ایکیگای جاییه که هم علاقهمون، هم مهارتمون، هم رسالتمون و هم نیاز دنیا در هم میپیچه و نتیجهاش میشه یه زندگی پر از هدف و معنا. یعنی در لحظهای که این چهار بُعد، که به هم پیوند میزنن، در زندگیمون جاری بشه، دیگه چیزی به اسم هدف نداشتن وجود نخواهد داشت. این نقطهایه که زندگی واقعاً شروع به معنا پیدا میکنه.

In the previous sections, we discussed how passion, skill, the needs of the world, and the ability to earn can combine to help us find purpose and meaning in our lives. Now, when all these dimensions merge, we reach what is called IKIGAI. This is where everything comes together, leading our lives toward meaning and passion.
IKIGAI is where our passion, skill, mission, and the world’s needs all intertwine, resulting in a life full of purpose and meaning. When these four elements merge in our lives, there is no longer a sense of aimlessness. This is the point where life truly begins to make sense.
So, when these dimensions merge, our lives become full of enthusiasm, motivation, and meaning. This is exactly what IKIGAI teaches us – how to move forward every day with energy, hope, and enjoy every moment of our lives.
