“You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen.”

Technique "7 why"
When I try to find an answer to a question that particularly concerns me, I use the "7 why" technique. The algorithm is as follows:
⠀
🔘We take our problem and answer the question "Why?". For example, I don't have enough money.
🔘In response to the received answer, we ask the same question "Why?" For example, I have a low-paying job.
Repeat at least 7 times. Why do I have such a job? I can't get a promotion ➡️ Why? Not enough courage ➡️ Why? I'm not sure of my abilities, etc.
All answers should be detailed and very honest.
