• The simplest way of reducing stress is to focus on learning simple rhythmic breathing. When using this technique, you’re activating the rest, digest and repair mode of your nervous system. Rhythmic breathing can help with mood regulation and even depression.


• Cognitive functions and the ability to focus can be improved by slowing down your breath. With this technique, we can improve circulation and increase oxygen delivery to the brain.


• Your physical performance can be improved by adding breath-holds to your training. This simple practice can give similar benefits to altitude training, but you’ll need to work with a qualified teacher.
