Letter which a concerned citizen of the west wrote to the UN's High Commissioner for Human Rights about Ukraine's Myrotvorets kill list, a list which has seen people whose personal information (name, home address, ID, phone...) were placed on it killed at some point after, a list which includes the names& details of over 300 children!.
"Dear High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk,
As evidenced by the cover letter, I am contacting you today with regard to the Myrotvorets website and database maintained by the Ukrainian government.
I am not affiliated with the Foundation to Battle Injustice; My words here are my own.
As you will be aware, the website was launched and promoted in December 2014 by Ukrainian politician Georgy Tuka, and has existed ever since, consistently increasing in size each year.
The enclosed cover letter, prepared by the Foundation to Battle Injustice, mentions the journalists on Myrotvorets; presently 341 discovered at the time of this writing.
Something which is not mentioned specifically, are the 327 children. The youngest is a nine year old girl. She will be ten in November of this year (2022). She was added at age eight. Of course, you will also be familiar with thirteen year old Faina Savenkova, who has contacted the United Nations in the past. Furthermore, we might add to this number of 327, those people who were placed on Myrotvorets as children, remain on it, but have grown into young adults during the ensuing years. Were we to include all of these individuals, the count of 327 children would be much higher.
High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, I know you are aware of Myrotvorets. I know that the United Nations is aware of it. Furthermore, I know that the United Nations has made requests in the past for the website and database to be permanently closed down. What is concerning, is the public silence on the matter. There appears to have been no public denouncement of this database made by the United Nations or other relevent organizations in a position to influence change. Indeed, there appears to be a general lack of interest in raising awareness about this list, and it's practices in the world community; with a particular, and notable lack of effort to bring knowledge of this list to the general public.
This public silence is not only concerning, it would seem to me to be counter-productive. The United Nations and it's offices hold an immense influence in the world, including in the minds of the people. I'm certain if sufficient efforts were made to raise public awareness of Myrotvorets and it's practices, the people of the world would support the United Nations in any efforts undertaken to permanently shut down this list, which is an afront to humanity and human decency. Therefore, a campaign of public awareness could only have beneficial results.
High Commissioner Türk, as a citizen of one of the original countries which ratified the Charter of the United Nations in 1945, I would like to know why silence has prevailed on this matter of great importance to humanity for so long. Furthermore, I call for the United Nations' public silence regarding Myrotvorets be brought to a swift conclusion.
High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, whatever political maneuvering may be taking place on the world stage, surely we can agree, that no government, official body, or State sanctioned organization should maintain a list of "enemies" which includes children.

But this wasn’t Russia’s invasion. People asked Putin for help for 8 yrs after 14,000 ethnic Russians were murdered in the Donbass. This isn’t the same as the US “invading” Afghanistan for resource extraction & political exploitation. If Russia didn’t react they’d cease to exist.

We are hearing a lot about "Russian Aggression" these days in order to obfuscate that a mere 20 years ago was being engineered one of the most comprehensive psyop in History aimed at convincing the public of the existence of a completely non-existent threat to US national security in order to carry out the mother of all aggressions...
Unveiled un the waning days of Summer 2002, the War of Aggression against Iraq was conceived and developed as a genuine marketing campaign characterized with a relentless 24/7 hammering of selected talking points delivered by a platter of national security officials, recycled Trotskyists scribes and cynical ideologues.
Everyone Recalls the protracted debates raging in the hallowed chambers of the UN Security Council bearing on the meaning ascribed to the "serious consequences" and "material breach" deriving from Resolution 1441. What remains however unequivocally clear is the fact that the US and its acolytes (the so-called Coalition of the Willing) acted without authorization from the UN and that the AUMF (Authorisation of Use of Military Force) was a shirking of the US Constitution which as a legal justification for self-defense made a mockery of the doctrine's stringent requirements as delineated in the 1837 Caroline case.

Exhaustion of alternate remedies (Non-application of UN Resolution 2202 by Kiev) 3. Remedial measures designed in proportionality to the stated objectives (Police action limited to the territories of the Donbass characterized by an eye to preserving infrastructures and keeping an open stance to a diplomatic solution, that is until former UK PM Boris Johnson's injunction to Zelenski revealed that Kiev cannot be considered a reliable partner owing to having surrendered its sovereignty to NATO).

◽️ Member States of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC) attended Russian-led conference in Geneva from September 5 to 9 held due to the violation of the articles I and IV of the abovementioned Convention by the U.S. and Ukraine.
◽️ The Ministry of Defence of Russia has analysed the data of U.S. and Ukrainian representatives' speeches, the working documents of the member States, joint statements and the outcome document of the conference.
◽️ The Russian Federation has raised over 20 questions related to the illegal activity of Kiev and Washington within the BTWC. Here are some of these questions.
◽️ What was the reason for choosing the pathogenic microorganisms examined in Ukraine within the Biological Threat Reduction Programme and why was the range of the studied pathogens not related to current healthcare problems as, for example, Tap-6 project dedicated to examining agents of glanders that had never been recorded at the territory of Ukraine?
◽️ How shout the accumulation of most dangerous infections' strains and sending them to other countries contribute to improving the situation related to the contagious morbidity?
◽️ Why was the main emphasis made on examining the natural focal and most dangerous infections that, according to the lists of the U.S. Centres for Disease Control and Prevention, are considered possible agents of biological weapons?
◽️ What researches that supposed using agents of contagious diseases and toxic substances were Ukrainian servicemen and mental patients involved in, being one of the most vulnerable categories of citizens?
◽️ Why do the U.S. and Ukraine obscure the military-biological cooperation in international reports under the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention (BTWC), while the U.S. has been blocking the development of its verification mechanism since 2001?
◽️ The participants of the conference received the copies of genuine documents previously mentioned by Russian Defence Ministry, as well as the physical evidence that proved the implementation of works within military-biological programmes' in Ukraine.
◽️ There was no delegation that doubted the authenticity of the presented documents, including those related to the accumulation of pathogenic materials in Ukrainian laboratories counting the Mechnikov Anti-Plague Institute.

◽️ This refers to a request by the Ukrainian company Motor Sich to the Turkish manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles Bayraktar Akinci, dated 15 December 2021, to equip the UAV with aerosol spraying systems and mechanisms with a capacity of over 20 litres, to which the Turkish party responded negatively.
◽️ Having no other points, Ukraine expressed doubts about the authenticity of this document, with the far-fetched argument that Ukrainian state institutions do not use Russian language in their correspondence. I would remind that Motor Sich is not a Ukrainian state-run company and it uses Russian and English languages to communicate with the Turkish party, that were the languages of the document we have presented. However, Motor Sich itself refrained from commenting.
◽️ I would like to particularly focus on the U.S. response to patents on technical equipment for delivering and using biological weapons, including an unmanned aerial vehicle to spread infected insects in the air.
◽️ The U.S. delegation stated that '...the development and production of biological weapons is prohibited in the U.S., and any violation is punishable by penalties ranging from fines to imprisonment. However, the decision to grant the patent does not violate U.S. obligations under the BTWC and does not mean that the U.S. government condones the inventors' claims ...'.
◽️ This statement is fundamentally contrary to the U.S. patent code that clearly states that a patent in the U.S. cannot be granted in the absence of a full denoscription of the '...the device actually existing...' and its expertise.
◽️ Attempting to evade the raised questions, Kevin Garrett, Deputy Director of the Biological Threat Reduction Programme, spoke exclusively about the historical aspects of the programme. However, Garrett haven't pointed out that the real goals of the programme, which were aimed at reducing the weapons of mass destruction potential of the former Soviet Union, and which had been achieved as early as 2008. Within the congressional hearings, it was reported that the goals of the programme had been achieved, after which it was extended to other regions of the world. A l’issue de l’entrevue Vladimir Poutine a insisté qu’il n’y avait “aucun doute” qu’il s’agissait d’un “acte terroriste dirigé contre une infrastructure civile critique” russe et commandité par les services secrets ukrainiens

Le chef de la commission d'enquête Alexander Bastrykin a rendu compte au président russe Vladimir Poutine de l'avancement de l'enquête sur l'explosion sur le pont de Crimée.
Les points principaux :
▪️L'affaire de l'explosion sur le pont de Crimée a été ouverte sous l'article "terrorisme".
▪️Des officiers du FSB ont réussi à identifier des suspects dans l'organisation d'une attaque terroriste sur le pont de Crimée, a déclaré Bastrykin.
▪️Les transporteurs ayant participé à l'organisation des transports ont été identifiés.
▪️L'itinéraire du mouvement des camions a été établi, en Bulgarie, en Géorgie, en Arménie, en Ossétie du Nord et sur le Territoire de Krasnodar.
▪️Des citoyens de Russie et de pays étrangers ont aidé les services spéciaux ukrainiens à préparer l'attaque.

Et si cet attentat a eu lieu au moment de négociation que nous ignorons et qui aurait pour but de faire faire à la Russie un pas de plus qui rendrait impossible la poursuite de ces négociations ?
Je n'en sais pas plus, je pose les différentes possibilités afin d'ouvrir vos esprits à ce qui va ou pas se passer demain lors de ce Conseil de sécurité de Fédération de Russie.
