Some children will end up overusing alcohol or drugs.

in Europa führte die Schweiz 1996 einen zivilen Ersatzdienst ein. Dieser wurde aufgrund des immer grösser werdenden Druck von Militärdienstverweigerer eingeführt.

Today, all Norwegian adults, at 18 years old, are mustered and around 9000 go through our compulsory military service program annually. This means that all men and women between the age of 19 and 44 (in wartime the age limit is 55) conduct compulsory military service for 19 months.
