Ibrahim Basha was the son of the famous leader of Egypt named, Muhammad Ali Basha, who along with his son were both British agents, The request came about because the people of Dir'iyyah who were labeled as 'Wahhabi's' united with the people of Kawasim in what is today (Ras al-Khiamah) - United Arab Emirates. The British had received word that the people of Dir'iyyah and Kawasim were going to attack a British ship passing through on its way to India.
After several attacks upon Dir'iyyah, the people had no choice but to choose between surrendering to Ibrahim Basha or to die. They chose to surrender. Out of fear later on, people became informants for Ibrahim Basha against those who were perceived as a threat to his rule.
Among those who were depicted as a danger was Imam Sulayman.
Ibrahim Basha apprehended Imam Sulayman, and ordered others to play musical instruments in order to agitate the Imam. Ibrahim Basha knew Imam Sulayman strongly believed in the prohibition of music.
Because physical and mental torture did not work, Ibrahim Basha ordered Imam Sulayman to be crucified in the town's graveyard. He also ordered that they continue to shoot at him until his flesh was shredded.
Imam Sulayman remained patient and steadfast to the truth. Though his life span was less than 33 years old, his scholarly works are being read, studied and implemented by millions of Muslims today. Tayseer al-Azeez al-Hameed has become a source in the knowledge of Tawheed for most of the Islamic World.
His father (Abdullah) was alive at the time this took place. Ibrahim Basha summoned Abdullah and boasted to him how he had killed his son. Abdullah replied by saying,
If you didn't kill him he would have died.
Ibrahim Basha was taken aback at the patience, unwavering dedication, and determination of Abdullah, Imam Sulayman's father. May Allah have mercy on Imam Sulayman, his father, and grandfather, and unite us with them in the peak of heaven. Ameen!
It is indeed ironic that at times we see those who do not believe in the Hereafter hold more heroic stands to what they believed in to the point where it became part of them like their flesh and blood, while those who claim for themselves a garden of heaven bigger than the sky and the earth cower and tremble away.
One must have resolve to what one believes in even if the pain and suffering reach their peak. One must have commitment to his belief even if those around him depart and abandon him. This is how one succeeds in the test, a similar test that Allah (عز وجل) sent upon His messengers.
O Allah, verily we seek your help, we believe in You, we put our trust in You and we praise You and we are not ungrateful to You. O Allah, You alone we worship and to You we pray and prostrate, for your sake we strive. We hope for your mercy and fear your punishment, for your punishment will certainly reach the disbelievers. O Allah, punish the infidels of the People of the Book who are preventing others from following your way. Ameen!

"The person who can't even pray 5 prayers everyday, if he has any self respect and honor whatsoever, he should stop living on the Lord's Earth, and stop eating from Allah's food! We eat from Allah's food and we live and dwell on HIS land and use HIS blessings, and then we pick and choose with Salah as if it's a choice?!
Allah is not in need of our prayers, or our Sujud, or Ruku'....If I say it, you will be angry, but the one who doesn't pray is worse than the dog and pig! Why? Because the dog and the pig are not ungrateful of the blessings of Allah, but man refuses to acknowledge them."

Please keep the Shaykh (Hafidh 'Abdul Jabbar Shakir) in your Du'aas, along with all our Muslim prisoners. He was a lion, the likes of which have not been raised in Pakistan ever again. He shook the youth with his powerful speeches and awoke them from a deep slumber. He called for the establishment of Shari'ah and Khilafa, and tirelessly supported those who took the obligation upon their shoulders. One can hardly find a lecture of his in which he isn't sobbing out of intense fear of Allah and the hereafter.
He was arrested by plain clothes individuals in 2014 after a house raid, and since then his whereabouts are unknown, with the police claiming they have nothing to do with his arrest nor do they know where he is. Its been said that he's been released but the torture and conditions that he was put through in prison have left him insane, La Hawla Wa La Quwwata Illa Billah.
Here's a snippet of a lecture of his translated into English, listen to the sincerity that pours out of his voice, may Allah protect him and keep him steadfast:

The pain of separation isn't one we can imagine or try to understand how it feels.
The pain which it causes, be it if the loved one is imprisoned or dead or lost in the dunya, these are things which have an impact upon the heart and mind of anyone close to this person.
Especially the one's who are imprisoned, they seem so close yet so far. Prison may only be hour from home yet they are years away from stepping into the comfort of home, years away from seeing the mother of their kids, years away of seeing the children he has left behind. This has a big big psychological effect on the prisoner and the family. No need to deny this, this isn't to do with low emaan. Imagine losing your father, husband, son for years and years, the bread winner of the house, security of the house, the one who fixes whatever is broken or needed mending.
When you see children of an aseer regardless the age you see the pain in their eyes.
The psychological torment these families going through is something we can never understand.
Something I've always said is do whatever one can to put a smile or ease the affairs of the aseer and their families, always check up on them a simple msg will do, a phone call, simply asking if they need anything could change alot for some of these Muslims.
Support the Muslims so that Allaah will support you and ease your struggles in this dunya.

Live With Women Honorably
Allah said,
وَعَاشِرُوهُنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
(And live with them honorably), by saying kind words to them, treating them kindly and making your appearance appealing for them, as much as you can, just as you like the same from them. Allah said in another Ayah,
وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ
(And they have rights similar over them to what is reasonable) [2:228]. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
خَيْرُكُمْ خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِهِ، وَأَنَا خَيْرُكُمْ لِأَهْلِي
(The best among you is he who is the best with his family. Verily, I am the best one among you with my family.)
It was the practice of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to be kind, cheerful, playful with his wives, compassionate, spending on them and laughing with them. The Messenger ﷺ used to race with 'A'ishah, the Mother of the Faithful, as a means of kindness to her. 'A'ishah said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ raced with me and I won the race. This occurred before I gained weight, and afterwards I raced with him again, and he won that race. He said,
هذِهِ بِتِلْكَ
(This [victory] is for that [victory].)" When the Prophet ﷺ was at the home of one of his wives, sometimes all of his wives would meet there and eat together, and they would then go back to their homes. He and his wife would sleep in the same bed, he would remove his upper garment, sleeping in only his lower garment. The Prophet ﷺ used to talk to the wife whose night it was, after praying 'Isha' and before he went to sleep. Allah said,
لَّقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ
(Indeed in the Messenger of Allah you have a good example to follow) [33:21]. Allah said,
فَإِن كَرِهْتُمُوهُنَّ فَعَسَىٰ أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَيَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ فِيهِ خَيْرًا كَثِيرًا
(If you dislike them, it may be that you dislike a thing and Allah brings through it a great deal of good.)
Allah says that your patience, which is demonstrated by keeping wives whom you dislike, carries good rewards for you in this life and the Hereafter. Ibn 'Abbas commented on this Ayah, "That the husband may feel compassion towards his wife and Allah gives him a child with her, and this child carries tremendous goodness." An authentic Hadith states,
لَا يَفْرَكْ مُؤْمِنٌ مُؤْمِنَةً، إِنْ سَخِطَ مِنْهَا خُلُقًا، رَضِيَ مِنْهَا آخَرَ
(No believing man should hate his believing wife. If he dislikes a part of her conduct, he would surely like another.)

"A dream that was seen about our Shaykh Ahmad Musa Jibril حفظه الله around 2016/17. Those who were on Twitter at the time will remember that his students informed us that he was facing intense & mighty trials during that period.
Shaykh Ahmad's father (Shaykh Musa حفظه الله) is very skilled & knowledgeable in dream interpretation (as is Sh Ahmad). When Shaykh Musa received the dream he replied (part of a longer message): "An excellent glad tidings dream... It's a consolation for our family's hearts..."
Seeing the new lectures, series, and advices from the Shaykh recently, we hope that Allah fulfills the meaning of the dream and makes it a reality. I remember clearly, that even when coming out of the waves of a stormy ocean, the Shaykh looked not the slightest bit effected.

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “There are seven whom Allāh will shade with His shade on the Day when there will be no shade but His…” among whom he mentioned, “a young man who grew up worshipping Allāh.”
[Bukhaari, Muslim]
Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali (رحمه الله) said:
Whoever is mindful of Allāh when he is young & strong, Allāh will take care of him when he is old & has become weak, & will bless him with good hearing, eyesight, strength & reasoning. One of the scholars who lived beyond the age of one hundred years & enjoyed good strength & reasoning, jumped up in a lively manner one day & was asked about that. He said: “I kept these physical faculties from sin when I was young & Allāh has preserved them for me now that I am old.” The opposite also applies; one of the salaf saw an old man begging from people and said: “This is a weak man who ignored Allāh when he was young, so Allāh is ignoring him now he has grown old.”
