Beirut: The families of the victims of the port explosion are gathering in front of the House of Representatives in Nejmeh Square, Beirut.
Shortage of fuel:

Banque du Liban has paid for three ships anchored off the Lebanese coast, one loaded with diesel and two loaded with gasoline and diesel.

Unloading operations begin on Saturday, however the quantities of diesel are only enough for two days. (LBCI)
Angry locals blocked the Sidon sea road in front of the new port of Sidon with waste containers after setting them on fire, in protest against electricity blackouts and the lack of diesel for private generators.

Minister Ghajar reached an agreement with Iraq to purchase one million tons of oil. He added:

We will announce a tender to replace the Iraqi (crude) oil that Lebanon will not use in exchange of fuel suitable for the power plants. It will allow 4 ⁠months of electricity.

(Note) By that, he means the usual 8-20 ⁠hour supply, depending on the area of Lebanon where there is no equal distribution of power.

Beqaa: Locals from the town of Bawarij confiscated a tanker owned by the company “Medco”.

They emptied the 5,000 liters of diesel into the town’s electric generator tanks, after paying the company, following negotiations mediated by the security forces.
Selim Salam road was blocked by petrol tanks after they were by stopped by locals thinking they are filled.
Hamra - Ring Bridge road has been blocked with burning tire.

Similar riots are expected in several areas in Lebanon.
Yediot Aharonot newspaper:

- Along the border with Lebanon, only a few areas are protected by a long wall, and this poses a threat when facing Hezbollah, the most powerful army in the Middle East after the Israeli army, as described by an official in the Northern Command.

- Hezbollah is no longer the same organization that everyone knew in the past. It is an all-out army. It is a learning organization, drawing conclusions, with capabilities that would embarrass a regular Western army.

- Hezbollah continues to wage a nerve-wracking war with IDF forces and has been moving along the border for the past decade including Hezbollah's elite unit recently.
