People are passing around a petition filed with the Supreme Court a while ago, so I wanted to take a quick second and explain what it is.

It's a petition for a writ of certiorari, and the Supreme Court will summarily deny it.

It just means the claimant filed an appeal over the tenth circuit court's ruling.

The Supreme Court will never take this case though. These things are filed all the time over innumerable issues, and never actually heard by the S.C.
A record of the filing of a petition for a writ of certiorari is like having a receipt form for a complaint filed against a lower court's ruling.

The Court will not grant this case.

Yes, you are indeed heroes…each and every one of you. You didn’t have to answer God’s whisper but you did. You are still holding on despite everything and everybody. You have and can never let anything in this world take the place of your persistence and your goal to help usher in a better more truthful world. The slogan ‘press on’ has solved and always will solve the problems. We have used the words “hold the line” and “keep moving forward” to accomplish our win. You did that with your persistence…with your determination…with your passion. Job well done, heroes! We WILL achieve that easier, lighter and brighter, more truthful world that we deserve…that God wanted for us. 👆👆👆 It just seemed so fitting to me and something to post on a wall as a reminder. We are the future because what we are doing in the present. So love, laugh, be the leaders that you are. Let’s continue to hold the line for a wee bit more because the light has already taken over and we now have learned what it takes to keep from being in the dark. My red piller was always very precise in his words. “Think logically”. “The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth”. And “Open your eyes”. I get it. The lesson has been learned…the work has been done. It was rather simple actually. To get out of the dark turn on the light. Truth is the Light. God is the Truth. God is love. We are God’s chosen.
