People are passing around a petition filed with the Supreme Court a while ago, so I wanted to take a quick second and explain what it is.

It's a petition for a writ of certiorari, and the Supreme Court will summarily deny it.
It just means the claimant filed an appeal over the tenth circuit court's ruling.
The Supreme Court will never take this case though. These things are filed all the time over innumerable issues, and never actually heard by the S.C.
A record of the filing of a petition for a writ of certiorari is like having a receipt form for a complaint filed against a lower court's ruling.
The Court will not grant this case.

A characteristic of a hero is that he or she can lead by example and by doing so can create change. That, my frogs describes all of you! Thru your persistence, determination and passion you are helping to correct the direction of the world and you do it because it is the right thing to do. Yes, you are indeed heroes…each and every one of you. You didn’t have to answer God’s whisper but you did. You are still holding on despite everything and everybody. You have and can never let anything in this world take the place of your persistence and your goal to help usher in a better more truthful world. The slogan ‘press on’ has solved and always will solve the problems. We have used the words “hold the line” and “keep moving forward” to accomplish our win. You did that with your persistence…with your determination…with your passion. Job well done, heroes! We WILL achieve that easier, lighter and brighter, more truthful world that we deserve…that God wanted for us. Here’s a poem that we can use to guide our children and grandchildren into the brighter future that we fought so hard for.
An Easy World Poet: Edgar A. Guest It's an easy world to live in if you choose to make it so; You never need to suffer, save the griefs that all must know; If you'll stay upon the level and will 'do the best you can You will never lack the friendship of a kindly fellow man. My red piller was always very precise in his words. “Think logically”. “The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth”. And “Open your eyes”. I get it. The lesson has been learned…the work has been done. It was rather simple actually. To get out of the dark turn on the light. Truth is the Light. God is the Truth. God is love. We are God’s chosen. We are God’s warriors. We are Flynn’s F.R.O.G.s and FULLY RELIANT ON GOD. Enjoy your weekend and continue to spread that truth and love.
