The Indian government announced that since the start of Israel's war against Gaza, more than 20,000 Indian workers have been sent to Occupied Palestine to replace Palestinian workers.

This statistic, published last Thursday, shows that New Delhi continues to play a key role in helping Israel maintain its economy; even as Tel Aviv faces increasing international pressure and calls for isolation due to the ongoing war in Gaza, such as Norway.

So let me give a short clarification and explain where I stand on this matter.

Obviously, I want all people to be guided towards the right path. But it would be more beneficial if the United Kingdom became Muslim due to its native inhabitants embracing Islam, rather than massive immigration causing a demographic shift.

Islam is compatible with all cultures, there's nothing stopping British people from becoming Muslim. But that's not the same as millions of Bengalis or Pakistanis or Syrians migrating to the UK and shifting the demographic fabric of an entire nation.

In my opinion, change should always come from within. Iran did not become Muslim because it was 'Arabized', rather the local population embraced Islam. The Turks and the Mongols too, while largely keeping their own culture. Same with plenty of other groups: Chinese, Bosnians, Chechnyans, and so on. They all embraced Islam while holding on to their own culture, and as long as it doesn't conflict, this is a good thing. That's what I'd like to see.
