The Sayyed Al-Shuhadaa Brigades (Kataeb Sayyed Al-Shuhadaa) are one of the largest militias of Iraq's PMF, and they are part of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, which attacked many U.S. bases and targets inside Israel during the war against Gaza.
On behalf of Hamas, Osama Hamdan thanked Abu Alaa Al-Walaee for the important role the Iraqi Shiite militias played as a support front for the Palestinian people.

As of now, based on what I've seen, it seems there may have been only one or two missiles actually launched (if any at all). The rest seems to be clear misidentifications of normal plane trails, including the video above.

This clearly indicates AD fire, from near the appartment blocks, not missiles launched from bases.
Iranian missiles are not positioned this closely to cities.
