As of now, based on what I've seen, it seems there may have been only one or two missiles actually launched (if any at all). The rest seems to be clear misidentifications of normal plane trails, including the video above.

Tests did take place, but it was air defense drills, NOT ballistic missile tests, as everyone was mistakingly reporting.

Also various planes were misidentified as missiles following the tests.
