My modpack has great world gen, but a serious kelp problem

Does anyone know of a reasonable way to deal with world gen producing server-lagging amounts of broken kelp items? Like, I’m not even sure what kind of tool or solution I should be looking for.

Dear creators of mods that include weapons, armors, etc.

I have been doing modpacks for years and one of the problems of gear mods is the fact that most of the times, we do not get info about how powerful the mod is.

For example, i remember one time I added mystical agriculture to one of my modpacks, and one of the weapons you could obtain did an absolutely shit ton of damage (I think it was like 45???) while being fairly easy to get. We are talking about one specific item that completely destroys the purpose of other weapons to ever be used.

For me, balancing is a vital part of a good modpack and when downloading mods I think it would be nice to get some type of idea of how overpowered the mod is.

I thought of some type of metric to determine different levels a mod can have (Like energy classes on electronic devices... xd) At least when I enter the curseforge/modrinth I could see something like:

*S+ TIER GEAR MOD* (most likely super-late equipment that will probably be better than anything else on the modpack)

I don't know, is just a thought i had right now. I bet I'm not the only one with these balancing issues.

Issue Not Talked About Much With Modpacks: Structures Appearing Too Frequently

I am unsure if I am alone on this, but I HATE having tons of structures around. I was playing industrial village and everywhere I went, just constant structures. Structures are exciting when rare, scarcity creates value. A lot of packs suffer from this and it just irritates me a lot.

What do you guys think? Is it not that serious? I do understand I can just take them down, but it still bothers me. Also, if you guys have any packs that DONT suffer from this problem feel free to suggest them!

are there any mods that add a Deep Dark dimension through the portal that is actually good?

The only modpack I 100% completed was Project Ozone 2 skyblock mode and Create Above and Beyond. Recommendations?

I want to start up a long term modded world, just me.

I want something tech heavy. I'm fine with grinding, but preferably not super early grind. Like Gregtech New Horizons, I know it gets good eventually, but the start felt so long for me IMO (granted i didnt play it that much, but there felt like a lot of needless shit)

Doesn't have to have create. I am impartial. I played Above and Beyond to learn the mod, not because I'm a create fanboy.
