You don’t truly appreciate something until you lose it.
أنك لا تعرف قيمة ما تملك إلا حين فقدانه
Only when you see that empty chair where your mother or father used to sit,
or you see that old coat they used to wear,
or you don’t see that incoming call from your parents,
only then will you realise what you have lost!!
You will regret why you didn’t do more for them and didn’t spend more time with them. You’d trade the world, just to see them one more time … but it will be too late. Now you may have the opportunity today - seize it.
May Allah (SWT) grant our parents a long life and if they have passed away. Settle them in the highest peaks of Paradise, Ameen.

*💎 Do not become distracted from your children!! 💎*
Children are growing up physically but they are weakening religiously.
They are being fed well but they are hungry for love, care, and harmony!!
And time now is no longer the same as before.
The day you lose sight of your child, their mind will be attacked by a thousand wrong ideas, their eyes will be attacked by a million bad videos, and their time will be invaded by a million evil matters that distract them from good.
Then how about those who leave their children for months and ages without advice or a parenting and counseling session?!!
Fathers, your children are not in need of new clothes, a big allowance, or abundant inheritance if you do not instill in them the love of Allāh and that He is watching them, and if you don’t discover the aspects of good in them and give those aspects good care and nurture them, and know the evil aspects in them and remove them and purify your children from them.
O parents,
Do not justify that by the lack of time, and thus be dishonest with yourselves, for the companions of the Prophet ﷺ used to conquer the world and then return to their children, purify their hearts, bring them up well, and pass to them their religion and morals.
And do not justify that for yourselves, for men have effects on their children and women have their touches on them, and they are both indispensable for the child.
And do not justify that by seeking to make a living for them, for the worst provision is that which gives the Ummah well-fed bodies, but sleazy and weak morals!!
Time is now difficult, and our children, by Allāh, are poor and they need care many times more than the care we used to be given when we were their age, and that’s due to the contrast between the fitan and temptations in their time and in ours!!
Get back to your household, and become satiated with hugs and by closeness to your children.
Play with them, tell them stories that cultivate virtues in them, and listen to them a lot.
Leave your phones for their sake, and devote enough time for these innocent ones.
Put the whole worldly life aside for the sake of your own flesh and blood, for the sincere duāʾ of a righteous son or daughter for you, after your death, saying: "O Lord, forgive me and my parents", is better for you than all the trifles that distracted you from them.

Muslim Children Tips

Loving parents and caretakers have the best interests of their children at heart. They choose healthy foods to pack in lunchboxes, listen intently when the child shares his inner fears or worries, block inappropriate websites or television shows and read stories at bedtime so the child goes to sleep feeling loved. All caring parents make their children a priority, even when they cannot physically be present due to work or other circumstances. But although we filter out what goes into our children’s bodies and minds, we sometimes lose sight of our own words and actions.
Children learn from those around them. They learn to love and to hate. They learn to welcome and to fear. Our words become their inner voices. Our actions become their guiding principles. So the next time you are speaking with your child, glance at yourself in the mirror. What do your facial expressions truly say? What does your body language truly mean? Remember, there is much more to a conversation than spoken words. Choose your words and actions carefully. Soften your smile. And remember to speak kindly of yourself. If your inner voice is loving and peaceful, chances are, your children will repeat those same words to themselves ~ admin

♡Every Mother (Woman) Must Dedicate Herself♡
“A woman, first and foremost, needs to be righteous herself, so that she can be a good example for her daughters…
*A woman should train her children properly, for her children represent the men and women of the future. In the earliest stages of their development, it is the mothers that human beings learn from. If she is a good mother, good in her manners and dealings and good in the way she brings up her children, then those children will take after her and contribute positively to the betterment of society.
Every mother, then, must dedicate herself to training her children, and if she cannot undertake their training on her own, then their father or another guardian – for example, a brother or uncle, if their father is dead – should help her to raise them.
A woman should not yield to difficult circumstances, feeling that she cannot change her situation or her family’s situation for the better.”
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen
[The Islaamic Awakening (p. 223 & 229)]

O Parents! Be Righteous!
Tafseer al-Baghawi (rahimahullah):
Abdullah ibn Mas’ūd (radiyAllahu ‘anhu), used to pray at night and would see his small child sleeping then he would say, “this is for your bright future” and whilst crying would recite:
وَكَانَ أَبُوهُمَا صَالِحًا
“And their father was righteous” Surat al-Kahf, 82
lbn Abbās (radiyAllahu ’anhu) said (commenting on this verse): “They (the two orphans) were protected by the righteousness of their father.”
Saeed lbn Musayyib (radiyAllahu ‘anhu) said: “I pray, and then when I remember my child, I increase in my prayers"
[Tafseer al-Baghawee (rahimahullah), vol. 5, pg. 196]

Your destinies are taken from your mouth! If you pray to Allah asking for sucess you will succeed and if you pray asking for ease He will ease all your affairs.
Allah does not inspire you to make dua for something He does not want it for you and not to deny you it's reward but He inspires because He wants you to get what you wish for with His permission.
So think well of Allah you will get what you wish and rest assured if He inspired you to make dua, then your wish is yours by the will of Allah.

On Doing Justice Between Children, Boys and Girls

《Children’s Upbringing》
If you go to the beach with your kids, ask one of them to dip his finger into the sea and take it out, then ask his siblings:
“How much seawater did your brother remove with his finger-dip? A third, a quarter, or half the ocean?”
As you hear their laughter tell them that our prophet ﷺ said:
"This world (i.e., its pleasures and duration) in comparison with the Hereafter is similar to the amount of water one gets when he dips his finger into the ocean. Let him then see how much of the ocean’s water he can remove.”
Seize such opportunities to attach your children’s hearts to the Hereafter.
