Conditional Divorce ( Follow up Question)
📩Question📩
My follow up question is; if the husband takes the wife back and the condition is fulfilled again in the future, will an additional other divorce take effect because the husband had the intention of divorcing his wife everytime she fulfills the condition? Or will it take place the first time only? What is the shaykh’s opinion?
The statement he made is: “If you ever do X, we are done”.
He did not say “everytime or whenever you do X we are done”

🎙Ash-Shaykh Abee Abdirahman Radmaan Al-Hubayshee ((حفظه الله))
But may Allaah bless you: if this wording is repeated for example, if he says to her: “If you go out, we are finished,” and “If you go to so-and-so’s house, we are finished,” and “If you do such-and-such, we are finished” meaning different actions then they count as three divorces.
However, if it is one single condition, such as “If you do such-and-such, we are finished,” and she does it once and then repeats it, then it counts as one divorce only.
But if he says it every time
“If you do [this] each time, then we are finished” and he has not taken her back, then it counts as one divorce. If he does take her back and then repeats the statement and says, “If you do such-and-such, we are finished,”
and we say that by “finished” he intended divorce,
then it counts as a second divorce.

🔉Tubbāʿ the Kings of Yemen🔉
🎙Ash-Shaykh Abee Abdirahman Radmaan Al-Hubayshee ((حفظه الله ))
Allaah, the Mighty and Exalted, also says in His Noble Book:
“Are they better or the people of Tubba‘ and those before them? We destroyed them because they were indeed Mujrimûn (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals)..”
[ Ad- Dukhan [:37]
In Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, it is mentioned that Tubbaʿ refers to the kings of Yemen; each king of Yemen was called Tubbaʿ because he would succeed and follow the one before him.
In the Musnad of Imām Aḥmad, from the narrations of ʿĀʾishah, Sahl, and Ibn ʿAbbās,
The Prophet ((ﷺ)) said:
“Do not curse Tubbaʿ, for he had indeed accepted Islam.”
And in Al-Mustadrak of Al-Ḥākim, it is reported from ʿĀʾishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that she said:
“Tubbaʿ was a righteous man.”
Do you not see that Allaah condemned his people, yet He did not condemn him?

📝Shaykh Ibn Bāz (May Allaah have mercy on him) said regarding fasting the 27th of Rajab:
“This has no basis.
Some Scholars claim that the 27th of Rajab is the night of Al-Isrāʾ and Al-Miʿrāj, but this has no basis, and the Hadith reported about it is not authentic.
Therefore, it has no special status.
There is also no special virtue in fasting three days at the beginning of Rajab, or at the beginning of Shaʿbān, or at the beginning of Shawwāl.
Rather, fasting three days every month is prescribed in general for all months.
It is legislated for a believer to fast three days in every month, with no distinction between Rajab and any other month.
Likewise, fasting six days of Shawwāl has been prescribed in the Sunnah those are six days of Shawwāl, not three.
As for the three days, they are general for all months.
But singling out the 27th of Rajab for fasting, or the first three days of Rajab, or singling out the night of mid-Shaʿbān for special observance all of this has no basis. The reports about it are not authentic.
The night of mid-Shaʿbān is not established as authentic and cannot be relied upon.”

Indeed, the scholars of the Sunnah, its callers, and its students have given great care to preserving the Muslim woman.
They have written beneficial books, and they have mentioned, taught, and explained this matter.
Among those who have spoken about this issue and taken good care of it is our brother, the caller to Allaah, the beneficial researcher, the serious, diligent, active one, the possessor of noble character and high aspiration: Nur Al-Deen ibn Ahmad ibn Qa’id Al-Hubayshee, who lives in Al-Dhalee‘, Sanaah.
He authored this book ennoscriptd “Girls Are the Fragrant Flowers of Homes.”
I have read it in full and found that he mentioned within its benefits, gems, and useful discussions for which journeys are undertaken.
So may Allaah reward him greatly, and upon Allah is his reward.
May Allaah reward him well for what he does in serving and benefiting Islam and the Muslims, and for reminding them of these important topics.
This mentioned book (“Girls Are the Fragrant Flowers of Homes”) is a great book.
I advise that it be printed, acquired, spread among the people, and benefited from.
May Allaah reward Nur Al-Deen with goodness, and may Allaah illuminate for him his life, his worldly affairs, and his Hereafter.
I ask Allaah, for us and for him, steadfastness upon the truth until death, and that He makes our deeds and his deeds sincerely for the sake of Allah and beneficial to His servants.

And do not consider insignificant the good intercession or fulfilling the simple needs of Muslims, for perhaps Paradise lies therein: comforting one who is grief-stricken, consoling one who has been afflicted, offering good intercession, visiting the sick, accompanying a funeral, granting respite to one in difficulty, reconciling between disputing parties, or bringing joy to a Muslim in any form of joy.

Preventing Children From
Attending the Masjid as a Means
of Discipline
📩Question📩
This is a Question posted to our Noble Ash-Shaykh Abee Abdirahman Radmaan Al-Hubayshee ((حفظه))
A brother from Canada asks:
“Our son sometimes misbehaves and does not listen to his parents. As a form of discipline, we have considered preventing him from accompanying us to the mosque, especially since he loves the mosque. We believe that this may make him more attentive and lead to an improvement in his behavior. Is it permissible, according to Islamic teachings, to use this method as a means of discipline? We seek your scholarly advice and ruling on this matter.”
In the Name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all worlds. May Allaah send prayers, peace, and blessings upon His servant and Messenger, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all of his Companions.

The answer to the question of our brother the questioner from the country of Canada regarding preventing his son, who is seven years old, from coming with him to the mosque, intending to discipline him in this manner by keeping him away from the mosque as a form of reprimand and correction:
We say, and with Allaah is all success:
Taking children to the mosques is, in principle, permissible; indeed, it is permissible. The Prophet ((ﷺ)) carried Umāmah bint Zaynab (may Allaah be pleased with her) while praying.
Likewise, he(( ﷺ ))would hear the crying of an infant and would shorten the prayer so as not to cause hardship to the child’s mother.
The scholars have stated among them al-ʿAynī that among the benefits derived from the
Prophet ((ﷺ))carrying Umāmah during his prayer is the ruling that the clothing and bodies of children are considered pure unless their impurity is proven, and that their entering the mosque is permissible.
This is the point of evidence.
Thus, the entry of children into the mosque is permissible without doubt, and this is from the educational benefits, as the child is raised and accustomed to prayer. He should not be prevented, as will be mentioned, except for a need.
Imām Ibn ʿUthaymeen(( رحمه الله)) said: “What I see is that bringing children, even if they are under seven years old, is permissible if no harm results from them, because this introduces them and accustoms them to attending the mosques. Perhaps there is joy for them in attending with the people and seeing the worshippers.”
He ((رحمه الله ))also said:
“If children cause disturbance to those present, then it is not permissible for their guardians to bring them to the mosques, because the
Prophet(( ﷺ )) forbade one who had eaten onions from approaching the mosque, and he explained that this was due to harm. He said that the angels are harmed by that which harms human beings.
Thus, everything that harms the worshippers is not permissible to bring.”
In summary, this method preventing the child from the mosque in this manner as a form of reprimand and discipline is not correct, except if the child is disruptive, causes harm to the worshippers, or is ill-mannered.
In such a case, there is no problem with keeping him away from the mosque.
Otherwise, the basic principle remains as mentioned.
Yes, he may be kept at home and not brought to the mosque in such cases.
Otherwise, the original principle remains: taking children to the mosque is something desirable, permissible, and correctalong with teaching them proper manners and etiquette.
And the Prophet ((ﷺ)) said:
“Teach your children to pray,” and in another narration: “Command your children to pray when they are seven years old, and beat them[ discipline] for it when they are ten.”
And with Allaah is all success.
