No man is an island.
One must form a powerful group to counter an aggressive group.
In a Stateless society these groups would be essential to maintaining equalibriam. They could take the form of insurance houses or community security firms etc.
A voluntary society needs to protect it's communities and groups are are most effective way.
Radical individualism is not a practical solution.
