Lenin stressed the significance of theoretical struggle, rebuffing proponents of a free-for-all approach aiming to weaken or discard revolutionary principles. He said that the role of the vanguard fighters necessitates a party guided by the most progressive theory. Despite accusations of inflexibility and sectarianism, Lenin cautioned his comrades against succumbing to the lure of compromise and being led astray into the "marsh" by those advocating such a course.

Kyrgyzstan is proposing a bill that entails the establishment of a government-operated registrar for NGOs receiving foreign funding. Allegedly, U.S. Diplomat Antony Blinken cautioned Kyrgyz President Japarov that signing it into law could result in Kyrgyz citizens losing access to education and healthcare programs funded by Western sources. This is because some local organizations may opt to cease operations rather than continue working under the regulations outlined in the proposed legislation.
The senior US diplomat voiced apprehensions about proposed legislation in Kyrgyzstan aimed at increasing oversight on foreign-funded NGOs, potentially restricting their involvement in domestic political matters. In reaction, Japarov remarked that Blinken's involvement displayed “signs of interference in the internal affairs of our state.”

Dedicated to the leader of the Hamburg Red Front Soldiers' Union, Edgar André, sentenced to death and executed by the Nazis on November 4th 1936.
Published in the anti-fascist AIZ on June 8th 1936 during his trial and two weeks after the execution.
The second montage has a quotation from the last court speech of the anti-fascist:
Edgar André dedicated his life to his class. Communist and close comrade of Ernst Thälmann and a leader of the Hamburg dock-workers. Gifted speaker able to express the sentiments of common people. Elected to the Hamburg Parliament from 1928 - 1933.
Among countless other deeds, he took part in organising the congress of Antifaschistische Aktion in Hamburg on June 26th 1932, which appealed to the SPD to join the Workers' United Front and counter the Nazi threat.
On March 5th 1933, Edgar was arrested, and for more than three and a half years subjected to unbearable torture to break his spirit. Weekly, his life partner Martha picked up his bloody clothes, washed and returned them.
Eventually Edgar’s body was so mutilated that the nazis placed him in a waterbed to recover before the next round of torture.
They never broke him!
On November 4th 1936 at 6am, Edgar André went to his execution.
This brave and selfless fighter was beheaded with an axe - the preferred method of killing communists.
André's lawyer later described his last minutes:

🇦🇪🇨🇳 Abu Dhabi and Shenzhen become twin cities
The UAE capital Abu Dhabi and China's Shenzhen have signed a twin city agreement under which both sides will exchange knowledge and collaborate on smart city projects in various fields.
These include infrastructure, urban planning, green mobility, transport, advanced technologies, autonomous solutions, sustainability and urban development.
The agreement was signed during the inaugural Abu Dhabi Shenzhen Innovation Forum (ADSZIF) held in Shenzhen in late January. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), and Qin Weizhong, Mayor of Shenzhen.
