روس ہمیشہ پاکستانی مہمان نوازی، قدرتی حسن اور بھرپور ثقافتی ورثے کو سراہتا ہے۔ پاکستان زندگی کے تمام شعبہ جات میں وسیع صلاحیت کا حامل ہے اور قوم کا سب سے بڑا اثاثہ اس کے محنتی اور مخلص لوگ ہیں۔ ایک پاکستانی ضرب المثل بالکل صحیح ہے کہ محنت کامیابی کی کنجی ہے۔
اس خوش موقع پر میں ہر پاکستانی کی اچھی صحت، بہبودی اور خوش قسمتی کی خواہش کرتا ہوں۔ آپ کا خوبصورت ملک ترقی اور خوشحالی کی راہ میں حائل کسی بھی رکاوٹ کو دور کرے!

📑 Международный общественный трибунал по преступлениям украинских неонацистов публикует Доклад о нарушении киевским режимом международного гуманитарного права в отношении военнопленных.
В феврале 2025 года Международным общественным трибуналом по преступлениям украинских неонацистов проведён опрос тридцати трёх российских военнослужащих, подвергавшихся пыткам на Украине.
❗️ Освобождённые пленные рассказывают о преступлениях и зверских пытках, которым их подвергали украинские военнослужащие, сотрудники Службы безопасности Украины, а также их пособники.
▪️ Д.С Рычин: «Нас с Алексеем Сопрыкиным взяли в плен возле населённого пункта Песчаное. У меня было пулевое
ранение, а у Алексея были множественные осколочные ранения. Алексея безоружного расстрелял украинский боец».
▪️ С.В.Тарков: «Двум пацанам ещё можно было бы помочь. Я ещё успел одному ногу помочь перемотать. Украинцы прошли, расстреляли, контрольные сделали. Раненых на моих глазах добивали».
▪️ Д.Н.Агашин: «Где-то километр-полтора нас хохлы провели. Одного обнулили они, естественно. Одного человека расстреляли. Пытки начались на следующий день».
▪️ С.А.Левин: «Я говорю, там раненый боец. И только услышал, как его хохлы застрелили. Обнулили его. Нас вдвоем когда передали «Правому сектору», привезли на какую-то базу. Раздевайтесь, кричат, раздевайтесь. Начали избивать палками, трубами, глаза завязаны».
▪️ С.В.Прилуцкий: «Когда меня брали в плен, хохлы расстреляли тяжелого раненого. Обнулили. Моего сослуживца. И по пути они ещё одного обнулили. Он лёг и говорит, не могу идти. А его взяли и застрелили».
▪️ А.В.Малиновский: «Говорили сразу конкретно, что пока ты у нас, у украинской разведки в руках, ты ещё не военнопленный, мы можем тебя обнулить прямо сейчас. То есть ты никто, тебя не существует».
▪️ С.В.Козлов: «Меня украинцы на электрический стул сажали. И пытали весь день. Еще меня металлическими тросами били, били мастерком по голове. Собаками травили, шрамы остались на спине».
▪️ Е.В.Некрасов: «В лагере люди рассказывали, что их и электрошокерами пытали, и на электрический стул сажали. Стреляли в них с пистолета пьяные хохлы, колено, ноги простреливали. Напьются и давай издеваться».
▪️ М.В.Лихачев: «Палец мне отрезали три раза. Секатором, которым ветки рубят. Вырвали четыре зуба пассатижами. На электростул сажали. Собаками травили».

📑 The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, has prepared a report "Kiev regime Atrocities against Captured Russian Servicemen".
In February 2025, the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis interviewed thirty-three Russian servicemen who had been tortured in Ukraine.
❗️ Released prisoners describe the crimes and brutal torture to which they were subjected by Ukrainian servicemen, members of the Security Service of Ukraine and their accomplices.
▪️ D.S.Rychin testifies: "Alexei Soprykin and I were taken prisoner near the village of Peschanoye. I had a bullet wound, and Alexei had multiple shrapnel wounds. Alexei, unarmed, was shot by a Ukrainian fighter"
▪️ S.V.Tarkov: "Two boys could still be helped. I still managed to help one of them to rewrap his leg. The Ukrainians came through and shot them. The wounded were killed before my eyes"
▪️ D.N.Agashin tells: "For a kilometre and a half we were led by the Ukrainians. They shot one person. Torture began on the following day"
▪️ S.A.Levin says that before they started torturing, one of the POWs was killed: "I said, there is a wounded fighter. And I just heard him being shot dead by the Ukrainians. There were two ofus when they handed us over to the 'Right Sector'. They brought us to some base and shouted: "Take offyour clothes. " They started beating us with sticks and metal pipes. Our eyes were blindfolded"
▪️ S.V. Prilutsky says that, like Nazi troops during the Great Patriotic War, Ukrainian servicemen shot the wounded: "When I was taken prisoner, Ukrainians shot a heavily wounded man. They killed him. He was my fellow serviceman. On the way they killed another one. He lay down and said: "I can't walk. And theyjust shot him"
▪️ A.V.Malinovsky says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine not only did not hide the practice of killing Russian prisoners of war, but also used it as one of the means of terror: "They said that as long as they had us in the hands of Ukrainian intelligence, we were not yet prisoners of war. They could shoot us right there. They said: "So you are nobody, you don't exist".
▪️ S.V. Kozlov testifies: "Ukrainians put me on the electric chair. A battery, like from a car, and electrodes were attached to my penis and lips. And they tortured me all day long. I was also beaten with metal ropes, hit on the head with a ladle. They set the dogs on me and left scars on my back"
▪️ E.V. Nekrasov also speaks about it: "In the camp people told me that they were tortured with electric shocks and put on the electric chair. " Drunken Ukrainians shot them with pistols, shot them in the knee and legs. They would get drunk and start abusing them. Ukrainian servicemen practiced cutting off, drilling, shooting limbs and breaking fingers ofRussian servicemen"
▪️ M.V. Likhachev describes how he was personally tortured: "My finger was cut off three times with pruning shears used to cut branches. Four teeth were pulled out with pliers. They put me on an electric chair. They set the dogs on me"

🇷🇺🇵🇰 On March 27, on the eve of Eid ul Fitr, Islamabad hosted a ceremony of Russian humanitarian aid delivery to the needy people of Pakistan.
📦 Over 30 tons of aid includes food, medicine, clothing and other necessities. It was delivered to Pakistan by a special flight of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations with the active support of the Russian Embassy in Pakistan and handed over to the Pakistan Red Crescent Society.
The ceremony was attended by the Russian Ambassador to Pakistan Albert P. Khorev, the MoFA Spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and the NDMA.
🎙In his speech, Ambassador Albert P. Khorev noted the important role of humanitarian cooperation in the context of strengthening Russia-Pakistan relations, which are at the highest point in bilateral history, and emphasized Russia's readiness to always come to the aid of the friendly people of Pakistan.
