⚡Relations between Russia and Pakistan are based on the principles of friendship and mutual respect. The two countries are striving to take cooperation to a higher level.

📈The Government of Russia is focused on increasing trade and economic cooperation with Pakistan. In January-August 2024, the mutual trade turnover increased by almost 13% and exceeded 57 billion rubles.

💼Our common task is to create favorable conditions for the promotion of trade, mutual investment, and the launch of new promising projects in energy, industry, agriculture, etc.

🔋 Russia has increased its energy supplies to Pakistan. Russia stands ready to facilitate the development of 🇵🇰 gas industry. Pakistan has great transit potential due to its favorable geographical location.

📍The first Russia-Pakistan Trade & Investment Forum, which was held in Moscow on October 1, boosted economic cooperation. Russian PM proposed to organize the second forum in Pakistan.

🇷🇺🇲🇳 Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin met with Prime Minister of Mongolia in Islamabad

❗️Mr. Mishustin noted that Mongolia is a strategic partner of Russia in the Asia-Pacific region.

📈Russia pays special attention to the expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. In January-August 2024, mutual trade turnover increased by 21%.

🤝The two countries actively engage as part of the intergovernmental commission, which discusses the implementation of a number of projects in the energy, industrial, agricultural, and humanitarian fields.

🎓 Special attention is paid to humanitarian contacts between the two countries. More than 70,000 Mongolian citizens have received higher education in Russia.

Ifta Islamabad, UACP/IDAI and the Muslim Religious Board of St. Petersburg and North-West Region.

🇷🇺🤝🇵🇰 The religious leaders from both sides highlighted the growing bilateral religious cooperation, and convergence of views on key regional and international issues.
