As part of search and rescue missions, crews of Ka-27PS helicopters conducted conditional training on the transfer of medical cargo to submarines.

As the helicopter approached (0:47) the nuclear submarine, it hovered above (0:54) it. A crew member from the rescue helicopter descended (01:06) onto the submarine, delivering the medicines onboard.

The Russian MoD has issued the following statements on the Ukraine crisis:

▪️Last night, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a group strike with long-range airborne precision weapons and strike drones against military industrial facilities, as well as centers for radio-technical reconnaissance and the training of sabotage groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The strike achieved its goal and hit all the targets.

▪️The Russian Armed Forces repelled two Ukrainian attacks in the Zaporozhye region. They eliminated up to 50 Ukrainian personnel, two armoured fighting vehicles (including a Bradley IFV), and three motor vehicles. They also destroyed two US-made M777 artillery systems, three D-30 howitzers, and one US-made M119 gun in counter-battery warfare.

▪️The Russian Armed Forces repelled five Ukrainian attacks in the DPR. They inflicted up to 300 casualties on the Ukrainian troops and destroyed two armoured fighting vehicles, five motor vehicles, one Olkha MLRS, and one Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery system.

▪️The Russian Army inflicted fire damage on the enemy in the LPR. The enemy's losses were up to 20 Ukrainian troops, two motor vehicles, and one US-made M109 Paladin self-propelled artillery system.

▪️The Russian Armed Forces inflicted fire damage on enemy units in southern Donetsk. They eliminated up to 110 Ukrainian troops, one armoured fighting vehicle, four motor vehicles, one Uragan MLRS, and one Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system.

▪️In the Kherson direction, they neutralised over 45 Ukrainian servicemen, three motor vehicles, and one US-made M777 howitzer by fire.

▪️Russia's air defence systems intercepted five Storm Shadow cruise missiles, four HIMARS MLRS projectiles, and one HARM anti-radiation missile.

▪️During the special military operation, they destroyed 475 airplanes and 249 helicopters, 7,020 unmanned aerial vehicles, 438 air defence missile systems, 12,016 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,154 combat vehicles equipped with MLRS, 6,473 field artillery cannons and mortars, and 13,281 units of special military equipment.

🇩🇪🙅 Germany does not support Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's initiative to deprive Russia of the right of veto in the UN Security Council 

Not everything that Ukraine offers to German government is supported by Berlin, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated. She also stressed the need to protect the UN Charter and consider ways to modernize the organization.

During his address to the UN Security Council on Wednesday, Zelensky said the United Nations was at a "dead end" due to Russia having the right of veto in the organization. In this regard, he urged the reform of the UN, including its veto power mechanism, saying that the UN General Assembly should be enabled to override a veto by two thirds majority vote.
