"The ships they [China] are now building are now bigger than the navy of the US has and much better at least quality wise at the same level," NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said during a Q&A session at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

China’s industrial production is currently six times faster than that of the United States, the secretary general added.

📹 NATO hides troop transfers under civilian flight cover – Ukrainian PoW

“We crossed the border, and an hour later we were at the airport—if I'm not mistaken, Rzeszow [Polish airport], where we were waiting to board. It was a British Armed Forces military flight disguised as a civilian [flight]. We flew to Britain, near London, and there we were at the hub — some kind of logistics center of the British Armed Forces,” captured Ukrainian border guard Alexander Bychko tells Sputnik.

Upon arrival, Ukrainian soldiers were issued clothing, helmets, and body armor before being sent to the Warcop Training Area, he notes.

EU should stand by Denmark in Greenland row with US - defense commissioner

"Denmark is part of the European Union. They have some kind of conversations. We should support always Denmark," EU Defense Commissioner Andrius Kubilius at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

The bloc should "wait for actions" by Donald Trump's new administration before drawing conclusions on the US president's strongly worded statements on Greenland, he added.
