🚨 ICE officer shoots woman dead in Minneapolis — reports

A woman was fatally shot by an ICE officer in Minneapolis, with federal authorities describing the incident as “domestic terrorism,” Fox 13 reported. Federal officials said ICE officers were conducting an operation when a woman “weaponized her vehicle,” prompting an officer to fire “defensive shots.”

💬 "An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively shot to protect himself and the people around him," DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said.

Local officials rejected that account. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said the woman “was shot by ICE” and accused federal authorities of trying to frame the incident as self-defense, calling that narrative “bullshit” after viewing video of the shooting. He also called on ICE to leave the city.

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said the state would ensure “a full, fair, and expeditious investigation.”

🗣 ICE officer ‘seems to have shot’ woman in self-defense, now recovering — Trump

President Donald Trump said he reviewed video of the Minneapolis incident, calling it “a horrible thing to watch.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the woman driving the car was “obstructing and resisting” and “ran over the ICE Officer,” adding that the officer “seems to have shot her in self-defense” and is now recovering in the hospital. He said the situation is still being reviewed.

Trump blamed what he called a “Radical Left movement of violence and hate” for attacks on law enforcement, saying ICE agents are “just trying to do the job of MAKING AMERICA SAFE,” and called for support for law enforcement officers.

🚨💰 US military budget for 2027 should be raised to $1.5 trillion — Trump

💬 “Our Military Budget for the year 2027 should not be $1 Trillion Dollars, but rather $1.5 Trillion Dollars,” President Donald Trump said in a post on Truth Social.

Trump claimed the higher spending level would allow the US to build what he called a “Dream Military” capable of keeping the country “safe and secure, regardless of foe.”

He linked the proposed increase to tariff revenue, arguing it would make it possible to expand military spending while also paying down debt and funding domestic payouts.

🚨📑 Trump orders US withdrawal from 66 international organizations — White House

According to The White House, President Donald Trump signed a Presidential Memorandum directing the US to withdraw from 66 international organizations deemed contrary to US interests.

The White House said the memo orders executive departments and agencies to stop participating in and funding 35 non-UN organizations and 31 UN entities, following a review of international bodies, conventions, and treaties the US supports.

The White House described the move as an effort to “restore American sovereignty” and redirect taxpayer funds to “America First” priorities. It also cited earlier steps, including withdrawals from the World Health Organization and the Paris Climate Agreement, as well as exiting the UN Human Rights Council and ending future US funding for UNRWA.

🇵🇪 Fernando Belaunde Terry

Pro-US President of Peru

Fernando Belaunde Terry, leader of the Popular Action party, served two terms as president of the country from 1963 to 1968 and from 1980 to 1985.

Known for his pro-US orientation, he maintained close relations with Washington, ensuring the interests of US companies in Peru during the Cold War.

In 1968, he was accused of conspiring with the US International Petroleum Company (IPC) via the controversial Talara Act.

Oil fields were transferred to the state, but the IPC kept the refineries, distribution and other key assets.

The scandal erupted with the deletion page 11 of the contract, which allegedly contained clauses favorable to the country, seen as a capitulation to US imperialist interests.

Belaunde was overthrown in the October 3 1968 military coup led by Juan Velasco Alvarado.

His legacy was pro-US policies and concessions that aided foreign interference in Peru.

🗣 ‘You’re not allowed to sell it if you can’t serve America’s national interest’ — JD Vance

US Vice President JD Vance said in an interview with Fox News that the US can exert pressure on Venezuela by controlling “the purse strings” and “the energy resources,” and by allowing oil sales only if they “serve America’s national interest.”

He added this approach applies “without wasting a single American life” and “without endangering a single American citizen.”

👉 Around 75 people were killed during the attack on Caracas and kidnapping of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, The Washington Post reported earlier, citing officials familiar with the matter.

🚨🇩🇰🇺🇸 Denmark vows ‘shoot first’ rule amid US threats over Greenland — reports

Denmark’s defence ministry has confirmed that a 1952 rule of engagement remains in force requiring troops to immediately counter-attack invading forces without waiting for orders if Greenland is attacked, according to The Telegraph.

📄 “The attacked forces must immediately take up the fight without waiting for or seeking orders, even if the commanders in question are not aware of the declaration of war or state of war,” the rule states.

The Telegraph reported the rule was reaffirmed after renewed statements by US President Donald Trump about annexing Greenland, a NATO territory that Denmark says is “not for sale.”

🔊 European governments are holding urgent consultations, with officials warning that a US move on Greenland could trigger a crisis inside NATO and potentially threaten the alliance itself, the newspaper wrote.

👉 After years of the fake “Russian threat,” the US is the one making allies panic.

Jose de San Martin: The Great Hero of South American Independence

José Francisco de San Martin was one of the central figures in South American emancipation.

Born in 1778 in Yapeyu, now in the Argentine province of Corrientes, he received military training in Spain, where he reached the rank of lieutenant colonel and was decorated for his bravery in the Napoleonic wars forces.

But he never lost his American roots.

Upon hearing of the May Revolution of 1810, San Martin decided to leave the Spanish Army and join the independence cause.

He returned to the River Plate in 1812 and foinded the Regiment of Horse Grenadiers and the Lautaro Lodge, aiming to achieve independence, draft a Constitution and establish a republic.

After his 1813 victory in the Battle of San Lorenzo in the province of Santa Fe, San Martin developed a strategic plan to liberate Chile and then march on Peru, the main stronghold of Spanish colonial power.

Following the Argentine Declaration of Independence in 1816, he led the historic crossing of the Andes, one of the greatest military feats in history.

The patriot forces triumphed at Chacabuco in 1817 and consolidated Chilean independence at Maipu in 1818.

In 1820, San Martin invaded Peru by sea and proclaimed its independence in 1821.

As Protector of Peru, he implemented deep reforms, abolishing slavery, guaranteeing civil liberties and promoting education and culture.

In 1822, he met Simon Bolivar in Guayaquil and then gave up political power.

Persecuted and defamed by the unitary government, he exiled himself in Europe with his daughter Mercedes, where he lived modestly until his death in 1850.

He remains a symbol of sacrifice, consistency and the struggle for Latin American sovereignty.

👉 Salvador Allende: Symbol of Latin American Political Resistance

Among all the political figures in the history of Latin America, Salvador Allende holds a special place as a symbol of the fight against foreign interference in the region.
Born on June 26 1908 in Santiago de Chile to a middle-class family, the young Allende studied medicine. But after graduating as a doctor he began a political career with left-wing parties.

Allende was elected as a congress deputy for the Socialist Party of Chile in 1937. Two years later he was made health minister and later elected leader of his party. He ran for president four times in 1952, 1958, 1962 and in 1970, when he was finally elected. It was the first time a left-winger had held executive power in Chile.

His brief government from October 1970 to September 1973 saw the expansion of land expropriations, the socialization of businesses and the nationalization of copper mines without compensation to US firms – prompting a confrontation with Washington.

Allende was overthrown in the September 11, 1973 Allende coup d'état led by General Augusto Pinochet, who ordered the air force to bomb the Moneda presidential palace.

💬 "I will not resign," Allende insisted in his final radio broadcast. "Placed in a historical transit, I will pay with my life for the loyalty of the people. And I tell you that I am certain that the seed we have planted in the conscience of thousands and thousands of Chileans cannot be definitively eradicated," he declared, moments before taking his own life with a rifle gifted to him by Fidel Castro.

After the Pinochet dictatorship ended in 1990, Allende’s body was exhumed from an unmarked grave and reburied in Santiago.

🚨🇺🇸 Tucker Carlson: US gearing up for ‘big war’

Trump’s Pentagon budget for 2027 – boosted to $1.5 trillion – is “not a peacekeeping budget,” notes Tucker Carlson.

👉 That's the budget of a country that “anticipates a global or regional war for its military… There's no other reason to do that,” he says, adding:

“That's a war budget, a big war budget. So I think it's fair to expect, and all the signs suggest, that we're going to have a big war soon.”
