به‌جای اینکه زود قضاوت کنیم،

در شرایط بحرانی چگونه رفتار کنیم؟

در شرایط بحرانی، واکنش ما نقش مهمی در عبور از بحران و کاهش خسارت‌های روانی، جسمی و اجتماعی دارد. برای رفتار مؤثر در شرایط بحرانی، می‌توان از یک الگوی چندمرحله‌ای استفاده کرد:

☑️ 1- حفظ آرامش و کنترل اولیه

- تنفس عمیق:
چند نفس عمیق بکشید تا ضربان قلب و تنش‌های بدنی کاهش یابد.
- توقف موقتی (pause):
پیش از هر واکنشی، چند ثانیه مکث کنید تا از واکنش‌های هیجانی آنی جلوگیری شود.

☑️ 2- ارزیابی موقعیت

- جمع‌آوری اطلاعات:
بفهمید دقیقاً چه اتفاقی افتاده و چه منابعی در اختیار دارید.
- تعیین اولویت‌ها:
چه چیزی فوری‌تر است؟ آیا کسی در خطر است؟ چه کاری باید فوراً انجام شود؟

☑️ 3- تصمیم‌گیری منطقی

- تمرکز بر راه‌حل‌ها:
به جای تمرکز روی مشکل، به راه‌حل‌ها فکر کنید.
- مشورت در صورت امکان:
اگر شرایط اجازه می‌دهد، با دیگران مشورت کنید.

☑️ 4- اقدام مؤثر و سریع

- اقدام بر اساس اولویت‌ها:
ابتدا کارهایی را انجام دهید که بیشترین تأثیر را در کاهش خطر یا حل بحران دارند.
