SO THE RISE IN FOOD PRICES HAS BEEN DRIVEN BY THE WESTERN SANCTIONS ON RUSSIAN FUEL BECAUSE THEY HAVE TAKEN THE BIGGEST PLAYER OUT OF THE MARKET, AGAIN, AS I SAY THE "A SELF INFLICTED WOUND" BY THE WEST.
