When I get tortured bad with the remote waterboarding I can't get enough oxygen never mind food ... we haz vitamin/multimineral etc; missing from my ability to survive long-term torture when not being allowed to eat; essential amino-acids prob solved; 6 pills per day when under torture.

If you have to down plenty pills per day to try recover from torture/during torture, another tip would be to swap out your fish oil if you're taking 3 softgels per day. Super strength = take one per day instead of 3;

I said I'd give feedback btw, on the air ionizer(s); happy camper ... I bought a second (silent) one, and now have most of the house space infused with negative ions the entire 24/7 cycle + fan deal. :)

i.e. this setup; works for me :)

atm, I don't even use timers ... I just have both fan and negative ion generators going all the time.

I sometimes have to air the kitchen (smaller of the two spaces) as it's too full of ions, but that only takes a few seconds/minute or two, every 2-4 days.
