1) 대주주 지분 반대매매
시중에 회자되고 있는 대주주와 에쿼티퍼스트홀딩스 간의 계약은 주식담보 대출이 아닌 환매조건부 주식매매 계약임. 해당 계약은 계약만료 시점에 매도금액+일정 수준의 이자를 지급하고 주식을 다시 사올 수 있는 권리가 붙어있음.
담보대출과 달리 담보비율 등 적용되지 않으므로 반대매매 이슈 X
2) 은행 대출 회수
현재 신테카바이오는 이자지급성 부채가 없는 상황. 고로 은행에서 회수할 대출도 없다. (이자지급성 부채 관련 사항은 재무제표에서 확인 가능)
3) 재무적 이슈
'23 3Q 기준 현금 및 현금성 자산 약 320억원 가량 보유 중이며, 4Q 비용을 감안하더라도 현금 여력 충분.
'23 감사보고서 또한 이슈 없이 정상적으로 작성 진행 중.
4) 기타
현재 신테카바이오는 다수의 업체들과 인공지능(AI) 신약 후보물질 도출 서비스 관련 논의를 진행 중이며 연내 가시적인 성과를 창출할 것으로 기대됨.
시장에서 회사와 관련된 미확인 루머가 돌고 있으나, 해당 루머는 모두 사실무근. 추가적으로 궁금한 사항은 회사로 문의하길 바람.

어제 머크의 Leerink biopharma conf. 중 키트루다 SC의 오토 인젝터(집에서 사용)에 대한 질문이 있었는데
26년 초 오토인젝터도 승인 목표라고.
A. 우리가 지금 진행중인 키트루다 SC 임상에서는 오토인젝터를 쓰지는 않아. 현재 임상은 당장 클리닉이나 병원에서 사용하는 것을 상상할 수 있음. 집에서 사용할 수도 있을것인가(오토인젝터 사용)?에 대해서는 현재 키트루다와 함께 진행중인 많은 연구를 보았을 때 무리가 아니라고 생각함. 오토인젝터 사용하여 매우 빠르게 약물을 투여하거나 피하제제가 환자에게 많은 가치를 갖는 경우 포텐셜이 매우 큼. 오토인젝터 3상 판독 까지 아직 준비되지는 않음. 키트루다 SC 프로그램 판독 이후 나중에 26년 초 오토 인젝터에 대한 승인을 받을 수 있도록 궤도에 올릴 것.
Q. I'm going to move and talk about KEYTRUDA and subcu. Probably for me, the most interesting thing in the fourth quarter to call came in the Q&A when Rob in answer to a question, suggests that you may be able to launch subcu KEYTRUDA in an auto-injector, meaning you could get it in the home-use. I just wonder how likely is that outcome and was there a special thought to get the mg of KEYTRUDA low enough to enable an auto-injector?
A. You know, I'm going to call on a friend here a little bit with this one, but I want Peter sitting next to me because he's got a longer history with the company than I do. You know, the study that we have ongoing with with our KEYTRUDA subcu is not given with an auto-injector. And so the study that we've got primary completion date this year, however you can imagine the potential and the opportunity right now checkpoint inhibitors are given in the clinic, in the hospital, you know, is there the potential because we know the safety and the tolerability of KEYTRUDA to be able to move to a near future where this is given at home? I think it's not unreasonable to consider that particularly as many of our studies that are ongoing right now with KEYTRUDA are reading out are in the curative setting.
And so once chemotherapy has finished, there's a lot of potential for the ability to administer medications either very, very quickly with an auto-injector or if the subcu formulation has a lot of value to patients. I think that we're not ready for the time to Phase 3 reads out for an auto-injector. So as I think I want to be clear about that. Beyond that, I don't I don't know what Rob was thinking as he said it. So but just curious, Peter, if you have additional information to add from your perspective. So our subQ program with hyaluronidase and coformulation reads out this for us puts us on track for an approval sometime in early 2026 for auto-injector would come later.
