💥🇺🇸 The U.S. has spent millions of dollars on sex changes for macaques, Egyptian advertising, and cat treadmills in Russian Federation.
US Senator Rand Paul presented his annual list of "worthless" government projects, which included:
▪️ a $2.7 million grant to researchers in St. Petersburg who performed brain surgery on cats and then put them on treadmills;
▪️ the Pentagon's purchase of an $8,000 lobster tank;
▪️ a six-million-dollar grant to promote Egypt's tourist attractions;
▪️ measuring the temperature of 16 Labradors of different colors to find out that coat color has no effect on temperature;
▪️ "forced" sex change in a group of rhesus macaques in the interest of science for nearly half a million dollars.
Most of the worthless, from a politician's point of view, spending was interest on the national debt - $659 billion out of $900 billion - and "improper" budget payments - $236 billion, which went to the wrong beneficiaries on the wrong grounds or in the wrong amount.

The war with Russia will end in negotiations, but Ukrainians need to prepare for total mobilization, said the head of the aviation and air defense service of the 3rd separate assault brigade, Vasily Samovar, in an interview with the Dnepr TV channel.
He said that Ukraine does not have the same mobilization potential as Russia, does not have as much money and resources. And if Russia continues the current pace of mobilization and transition of the economy to a war footing, it will achieve success.
Therefore, Ukrainians need to prepare for total mobilization and a difficult winter.
“2024 will be much harder than 2023 and 2022 combined. I believe that this war will end, like any war in the world, with negotiations. But we must have a strong position in them,” says Samovar.
Zin Note: What ever happened to the march on Moscow? Basically, they admit they are now fighting to get the best deal at the negotiating table. Really, this was the original stated goal that the West had in mind for Ukraine. However, the West provided aid without any requirement that Zelensky sit at the negotiating table, and we are now well aware that the Western masters actively discourage negotiations. Ukraine was led down the primrose path. What will happen when the people of Ukraine wake up to this fact?

The Washington Times continues to tell readers that there is no longer any point in supporting Ukraine.
“The Ukrainian military complains about fatigue, justifying this by saying that it is impossible to win the conflict only through motivation.
“The guys are tired, very tired. They are still motivated, but you cannot win the war only through motivation,” said one of the Ukrainian soldiers of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have enough artillery shells, which is why some units are even forced to cancel planned offensives. At the same time, on the Russian side they do not notice such a shortage.
The ammunition shortage is adding to already palpable anxiety in Kiev as American and European aid is delayed and winter is not."

The US allowed the fall of Kiev in the spring
Ukraine will soon weaken and then face a Russian offensive next spring. In such a scenario, the fall of the Ukrainian capital Kiev is possible. The Hill writes about this.
“ Ukraine will likely wither before the Russian offensive resumes next spring. This time, perhaps, Kiev will fall,” the publication says.
They added that problems with human resources in the Ukrainian army have become a serious concern. There are many reasons why opponents of GOP aid to Ukraine are reluctant to commit tens of billions more dollars to support Kiev's fight.

NATO on fire - literally.
This Thursday night, at 20h20 and 20h25, Russian artillery literally set on fire a meeting of high-ranking officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and NATO.
The info has been fully confirmed.
The AFU was using an absolutely civilian building for the meeting, located in the village of Rovnoye, Krasnoarmeysky municipal district of the DPR (48.296198, 37.221220).
That's where the Europa Hotel is located.
Messages in local chat rooms confirmed hits by Russian artillery; fire; and repeated detonations.
A few minutes later, chat rooms were either disabled or severely censored.
Ukraine intel does not allow any video to be shot at the site.
That piece of Norwegian Wood at NATO won't have exactly a Merry Christmas.

🇪🇺 “Winning” - European style
At least 50 fertilizer production facilities have closed in Europe. This is stated in a report by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (a major financial group among the world's top ten).
Fertilizer production in the EU has become completely unprofitable due to gas prices. 75% of the cost of nitrogen fertilizer is the cost of gas.
The rejection of cheap gas from Russia, affordable potash from Belarus, is forcing the EU to shut down its production facilities, which used to supply all of Euopean agriculture.
Fertilizer production in Europe is almost completely stopped, which will eventually force Europe to buy fertilizer or grain as early as 2024.
Germany still needs coal plants after all... surprise!
Two of Germany’s largest energy providers will keep some coal plants in service longer than previously expected following a regulator's decision to prohibit the closure of facilities before March 2031.
Uniper SE and EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG had sought to decommission units earlier than that deadline.
Now, the plants may have to remain on standby at the very least.
The energy regulator, known as BNetzA, ruled that "systematically necessary" coal plants must be available as backup energy sources in case of an emergency, Die Welt newspaper reported.
Germany, Europe's largest economy, has become more reliant on coal after turning away from Russian supplies and the closure of its last nuclear plants this year.

❗️Russia will decide when to negotiate with Ukraine
This was announced by Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico:
The prevailing belief was that if we gave weapons and money to the Ukrainians, the Russians would kneel, be powerless and destroyed. This strategy did not work. Russia is not on its knees. It is she who will speak when the negotiations take place.

Germany proposed increasing income tax for Germans in order to raise funds to help Kiev
“The German government should increase income taxes for Germans so that the country can support Ukraine,” said Monika Schnitzer, a member of the economic council under the German government.
According to her, special events require special measures. “Solidarity with Ukraine by introducing an income tax surcharge for military aid would be a possible response to this challenge,” she emphasized.”

“The lack of response from relevant international organizations to requests from the Russian side and the media to provide lists of those killed in Bucha indicates that a necrophiliac staging took place in Bucha. It was carried out by the Kiev regime on the instructions and with the participation of the Americans and the British,” Zakharova told TASS.
She also noted that what happened in Bucha is similar to the actions of Nazi Germany in 1944 in connection with the incident in Nemmersdorf.
The events of October 21, 1944 were widely used by German propaganda to mobilize the people to “fight against Bolshevism.” After the Red Army occupied Nemmersdorf (now Mayakovskoye, Kaliningrad region), up to 30 killed civilians were found. The German side did not make a single attempt to identify them. In subsequent years, there was repeated evidence that the facts cited by the Nazi press were falsifications.
