This is so true. And I see many people struggling because they think they need to power through everything. They push down their emotions and bury them under facades and booze and unhealthy sex and obsessive exercising and all manner of things. I am intimately familiar with this pattern because it was my own as well. I was so out of touch with my feelings that one time someone asked me how I felt about a major incident in my family and my response was, “What does how I feel have to do with anything?”

Yeah. Not good.

Anyway, I can tell you, burying them doesn’t work. It makes you sick. It makes you sad. The only way is to feel. No matter how hard it is.
And when you can feel, you can heal. ✨💕✨

We don’t have all the pieces of this puzzle, but I’ll tell you what I do have… Faith. I have 117% Faith that no matter how bad it seems, we are headed in the right direction.
