Judgement is Division.

We judge when we are fearful.
Fear manifests low frequency happenings.

If you think the secrets buried inside the United States Government are all of this hidden advanced technology that the Military has in hiding and is preventing from getting to the people, consider the following concept first.
They spent hundreds of millions of dollars involved in rape, murder, and torture of life.
They hid behind classifications and they obfuscated responsibility by granting protection from prosecution on grounds of National Security.
