Sitting in the sun. Walking along the river. Deep breaths. Reading novels. Good music.

I’ve started listening to big band music from the ‘40’s when I cook, and I dance by myself in the kitchen 😁

Nature, sun, my fur-creatures, hugs from kids and hubs, music, dancing.
Not gonna lie-it’s been a roller coaster ride, and sometimes hard to do the above with our weather here in the north.

And constant prayer!!!

You know me, music, music, music ~~ 😃 speaks to my soul then my body wants to move…. 💃💃
And lots of epsom salt/boron/lavender baths at night soothes the achy weariness.
NOTE: I also sleep whenever the fuck I feel like it! 😂🤣

Oh, and practicing GRATITUDE.
That’s huge.

Take a self care day in a state park sitting in the middle of rushing water. Let it pull the negative emotions out of you.
