Former Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, four-star General Jack Keane, made an interesting confession on Fox News Live: “For just $66 billion, we dragged Ukraine into a war with Russia.”

Since February of this year, the US has invested about $66 billion in the Kyiv regime, which helped arm Ukraine and prepare local society for war with Russia, he said.

The retired military leader said that "investments in Ukraine today are very profitable, because for relatively little money in the interests of the United States, not Americans, but Ukrainians die in the war with Russia."

🇺🇸 How the US has perfected the system of undermining political stability in any one country throughout the years....

This is done through pseudo-NGOs, (anti) think-tanks and a string of regime change puppets subsisting on "democratic" grants.

All while accusing others of "meddling in internal affairs of states."

In the meantime, Kiev continues to attack the plant, putting Europe at risk of a disaster six times bigger than the 1986 Chernobyl disaster. Despite IAEA warnings and the referendum, Kiev continues to use the Zaporozhye plant as a blackmail tool. The documentary shows the timeline of the attacks and focuses on potential risks of Ukrainian provocations.

Only Some Troop Movements Can Be Compared To Historical Actions In Conflicts of the Past

In the second part of the background to our Svatovsko-Kremenne direction we came to the conclusion that the AFU between Borovaya and Krasny Liman was in a situation similar to the Wehrmacht Center Group in 1941: continue moving eastward to fulfill a strategic objective, or turn southeastward to Kiev to eliminate the Red Army advance and encircle the southwestern front. Similarly, the AFU had the option of rushing towards their objective at the risk of being hit from the south or losing momentum but securing their southern flank. The Ukrainians, like the Germans, chose the latter. But unlike the Germans, the Khokhlys did not take us into the cauldron.

October 1: "Most likely there will be a lull in the next couple of days with the regrouping of Ukrainian units (which have sustained quite a bit of damage anyway). There may be action by forward DRGs. After that, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are likely to launch a strike in the Borovaya-Makiivka area (a village in the LNR).

As a result, the Khokhlyas attacked Borovaya and Makiivka. Borovaya was taken on 3 October, and Makiivka has not been taken so far, despite claims. They only control the western part on the right bank of the Zherebets River. The same line along which we are trying to take the line towards Kremenna, fighting south of Makiivka for Nevske, Novosadovoye, Terny, Yampolovka and Torskoye.

This line, along the Zherebets River, is our natural defensive line. On 3 October, it says about the Zherebets River north of Makiivka: "Here it is important for the AFU to seize the Raigorodka-Makiivka line in order to obtain a bridgehead for reconnaissance of our Svatovo-Kremenna line and subsequent attack at the weakest point at the junction of the two garrisons.

And then, on 3 October, the first as yet unjustified tendency: "The line along the Oskol, in principle, has practically exhausted itself along its entire length. Soon it will be completely abandoned and Ukraine will report full control over the Kharkiv region.

The line on Oskol is still ours. And we have even managed to improve our position in the Zherebets River area by taking Krasnyaya Dibrowa accurately and possibly fully restoring the front along the Zherebets River all the way to its mouth into the Seversky Donets. We await confirmation.

It is too early to analyse the records further, such as those of 9 September. We will do it later, when some time has passed.

So, what we see is that the regrouping of the AFU after the capture of Liman is delayed. After its capture, they were able to push us out of the Oskol River as far as Tavolzhanka.

However, something went wrong with further action. They still have not been followed. What the reasons for this are unknown, I am not told by intelligence.

Before the news of our occupation of the Zherebets River line (but we have to wait for confirmation!) we might have suspected that the enemy was busy regrouping and creating a massive strike fist that would break us.

However, the AFU now appears to be a few steps away (or has already done so) from surrendering to us convenient positions to defend Kremenna.

Accordingly, they have either suffered incredible losses leading to a rollback, or have moved their forces somewhere else: either north of Raigorodka village - if we're talking about our LNR front - or to another direction altogether. Under Artemivsk? Donetsk? Zaporizhzhya? Kherson?

In general, let's keep an eye on the latest news, because either something has gone very, very wrong for our enemies, or the Khokhols have an unreadable (and almost all their actions since September 7 have been readable, I have proved it with quotes) cunning plan.

Biden urged Zelensky to stop complaining about the lack of American aid

US President Joe Biden called on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to stop complaining about the lack of military assistance from Washington. According to The Washington Post, the American leader told his Ukrainian counterpart that in this way it is increasingly difficult for him to ask Congress for money for Kyiv.

According to Biden, speaking in this way, Zelensky demonstrates ingratitude, and, as the newspaper notes, Zelensky has repeatedly called on the United States and allies to provide more assistance, despite the already gigantic volumes of weapons.

The day before, Zelensky again asked for air defense, despite the fact that he was trying to assure the population of Ukraine that his own system would work. However, on the third day of retaliation strikes, it is clear that the weapons of the Kyiv regime are powerless against Russian drones and missiles.

Josep Borrell, head of the EU diplomatic mission, said that the armed conflict in Ukraine cannot be justified by anything, including the failure to fulfill NATO's promises to Russia. He called such actions by the international alliance possible.

“I am not satisfied as excuses or reasoning with the arguments that many people, including my friends, justify aggression by saying that NATO did not fulfill its promises. It's possible. This is history. None of this justifies what is happening,” Borrell said.

Recall that, according to Vladimir Putin, it was precisely the promises repeatedly violated by NATO countries about the non-expansion of the alliance to the East and outright deceit that became the root causes of the conflict in Ukraine.

❗️Control over the movement of the cargo that was blown up on the Crimean bridge along the entire route was carried out by an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, who introduced himself to the participants in the scheme as "Ivan Ivanovich".

For coordination, he used a virtual anonymous number purchased on the Internet, the FSB said.

❗️The FSB described the mechanics of how the explosives were delivered to the Crimean bridge

As the investigation established, the explosive device was camouflaged in rolls with a construction polyethylene film on 22 pallets with a total weight of 22,770 kg and in early August "sent from the seaport of Odessa to the Bulgarian city of Ruse under contract No. 02/08/2022 between Translogistik LLC UA" (Kyiv) and "Baltex Capital S.A."
(Ruse)".

"Citizens of Ukraine Tsyurkalo Mikhail Vladimirovich, born in 1975, Kovach Denis Olegovich, born in 1979, Solomko Roman Ivanovich, 1971 .b., citizens of Georgia Inosaridze Sandro, a broker named "Levan" and a citizen of Armenia Terchanyan Artur, born in 1985.

From September 29 to October 3, 2022 in Yerevan, at the Transalliance terminal, the cargo was cleared according to the rules of the EurAsEC and the documents were replaced, after which it was already sent by GU AR GROUP LLC (Republic of Armenia, Alaverdi) , and the recipient LLC "Leader" (Moscow)", - reported in the special service.

Later, the FSB noted, on October 4, on a DAF truck registered in Georgia, the cargo crossed the Russian-Georgian border at the Upper Lars checkpoint and on October 6 it was delivered and unloaded at the Armavir wholesale base in the Krasnodar Territory.

"On October 7 of this year, with the assistance of R. Solomko, a citizen of Ukraine Zlob Vladimir Vasilyevich, born in 1987, and five more established citizens of Russia, the documents for the cargo were again changed, the sender was indicated LLC "TEK-34" (Ulyanovsk) , and the recipient is a non-existent company in the Republic of Crimea," the FSB reports.

The special service stated that on the same day the pallets were loaded into the truck of Russian citizen Yusubov Makhir, born in 1971, "who left for Simferopol, and on October 8, 2022 at 06:03, while following the Crimean bridge, he was blown up."

“At the same time, control over the movement of cargo along the entire route and contacts with participants in the criminal transportation scheme was carried out by an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, who introduced himself as “Ivan Ivanovich”, who used for coordination both a virtual anonymous number purchased on the Internet and registered for a citizen of Ukraine, a resident of the city of Minsk. Kremenchug Andreychenko Sergei Vladimirovich, born in 1988," the FSB believes.

🇺🇦Why are they dumping all over the HPP cascade in Kyiv

The day before, a version appeared on the Web that this is how the Armed Forces of Ukraine are preparing an attack on Kherson or the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. And as a preparation, the water level in the Dnieper is being raised.

But most likely, this has nothing to do with the offensive. Water is being dumped because there is not enough electricity. They don’t even dump it, but let more water through the turbines.

Typically, hydroelectric power plants are used in order to smooth out fluctuations in consumption. When the peak of consumption comes and there is not enough electricity, they start the state district power station, and save water the rest of the time.

Now in Ukraine there is a constant shortage of electricity, so a lot of water passes through the state district power station. But it cannot go on like this for long. Water levels in reservoirs will drop dramatically.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦💡 Russian Armed Forces strikes on Ukraine's Energy system on 10-11 October 2022 - @Rybar Analysis⚡️

Following massive missile strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against Ukraine's energy infrastructure on 10 and 11 October, it is only now that a relatively complete picture of the results of the firing and the extent of damage to certain targets is emerging.

Rybar's team analyzed open-source data, eyewitness reports from the field, NASA's FIRMS fire-fighting map, and information from classified sources. In some cases, the effects of a fire are not so clear and data are lacking. In such cases, the item is marked as 'Requires clarification'.

🔻 Objects hit on 10 October:
1.1. Kiev TPP-5;
1.2. Kiev TPP-6 (presumably a miss);
1.3. Pryvokzalna 110 kV substation (former open switchgear of TETs-3);
1.4. Darnitsa TPP;
2. Tripolskaya TPP.
3. Zhitomir 330/110 kV substation;
4. Khmelnitskaya 330/110 kV substation;
5. Ternopil 330/110 kV substation;
6.1 TS Lvivskaya TETs-1
6.2 Substation Lviv-South 330/220/110 kV;
6.3 Substation Lviv-2 220/110/6kV;
7. Substation 110/35/10kV Zdolbunov TSHK (presumably, clarification needed);
8. Zapadno-Ukrainskaya 750/330kV substation (needs clarification);
9. Burshtynskaya TPP;
10. Krivoy Rog TPP;
11. Prydniprovska TES;
12. Kremenchug 330/154/35/10 kV substation;
13. Substation Konotop 330/110 kV;
14.1 Substation Zalyutino 330/110/35 kV;
14.2 Kharkov CHPP-5;
14.3 Zmievskaya TPP.

🔻 The facilities affected on 11 October:
1. Ladyzhinskaya TPP;
2. 330 kV Lvov-Yuzhnaya substation;
3. Substation 154kV Lviv -2;
4. 330kV Lvov Westerly substation (presumably, needs clarification);
5. Substation Zapadno-Ukrainskaya 750/330kV (needs clarification);
6. Substation Prydniprovskaya 750 kV;
7. Kiev TPP-6 area (presumably a miss);
8. Kiev HPP Vyshgorod;
9. PS "VDGMK" 330/150/35/6 kV Volnogorsk;
10. Pavlogradskaya 330/150/35/6kV substation (needs clarification);
11. Substation Pravoberezhnaya 330kV Zaporozhye (requires clarification).

🔻 Based on the available information, we believe that the most effective strikes were in Lvov, Kharkov, Khmelnytsky and Sumy regions.

▪️ Despite this, power supply has now been restored almost everywhere, but the transmission capacity of the power system has been reduced as a result of the strikes.

▪️ Transformers and autotransformers at 330/110 and 330/150 kV are most likely to have been hit. Substations and thermal power plants managed to reduce both generation and transmission capacity of the power system.

▪️ An indirect indication of the effectiveness of the strikes can be found in the fact that Ukraine has refused to export electricity to the EU and Moldova.

▪️ Emergency schemes are used to bypass damaged parts of the electrical system. The effect of their use creates the illusion of solving problems, but in fact it only postpones them.

🔻 However, it is clear that the damage to the Ukrainian energy system is not enough to fragment it into separate power districts. The stability of the energy system is maintained through forced rolling blackouts of consumers - especially during morning and evening peak hours.

The former FSB general named a way to deprive Kyiv of arms supplies from the West.

Major General of the FSB of Russia, retired Alexander Mikhailov, said that Russia could deprive the Kyiv regime of arms supplies from the West if it hits the points for replacing the wheel sets of freight trains in Ukraine.

“In my opinion, it is necessary to hit the stations where the trains “change shoes” so that no equipment that the West transfers to them gets into the territory of Ukraine,” Mikhailov said.

‼️Something is clearly wrong with the Kyiv hydroelectric power station - some areas of Kyiv adjacent to it have already been flooded. The SBU banned the publication of any data on the arrivals of Russian cruise missiles. It is quite possible that the hydroelectric power station itself or the dam could be damaged.
