Many People Start Seeking Knowledge, But [the ones who grow onto become] Scholar's Are Those Who Are Consistent Upon It.
Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Firyabi said: Sufyan al-Thawri said to me one day when people had gathered around him [to seek knowledge]: O Muhammad, you see these people, how many they are!
A third of them [will] die, a third will leave of what you hear [i.e leave og seeking knowledge], and from the remaining third, how few are those who will come out excellent!
Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi said: I was one day at the door of Shu'ba, and the mosque was full, so Shu'ba came out and leaned on me,
and said: O Sulayman, do you think that all of these people will come out as Muhadditheen? I said: No. He said: You are right, not even five. I said: Five! [in suprise, at the low number]
He said: Yes, one of them writes when he is young, then when he grows old he stops, and one of them writes when he is young, then when he grows old he engages in evildoing.
He said: So he kept repeating this to me.
Abu Dawud said: Then later I checked, and not five of them came out (as Muhadditheen).

Because The Righteous When He Experiences His Pain Turns Backs To ALLĀH ﷻ And Is Then Cured From His Sadness And Depression, And This Act Of Turning Back Is What Brings Him Joy.
ALLĀH ﷻ Grant's The Righteous Sadness Within Their Own Self And Their Shortcomings, Whilst Granting Them Ease Within Their Affair's In This Life And Their Needs.
And He Grant's The Sinners A Deception Of Happiness With Their Own Self And Their Shortcomings, Whilst Granting Them Unease In Their Affair's In This Life And Their Needs.
When I Read About TheCompanion's Of The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ And The Righteous Who Experienced Hardship , I Can Say For Sure Their Heart Was Filled With A Greater Abundance Of Joy Than That Of The Billionaire's Today.
So Choose Whether Or Not You Want To Ask ALLĀH ﷻ To Make You Amongst The Righteous Or Those Who Are Sinful.

Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah رَحِمَهُ ٱللَّٰهُ Said :
فإذا كان المعلم أو الأستاذ قد أمر بهجر شخص؛ أو بإهداره وإسقاطه وإبعاده ونحو ذلك: نظر فيه فإن كان قد فعل ذنبا شرعيا عوقب بقدر ذنبه بلا زيادة وإن لم يكن أذنب ذنبا شرعيا لم يجز أن يعاقب بشيء لأجل غرض المعلم أو غيره. وليس للمعلمين أن يحزبوا الناس ويفعلوا ما يلقي بينهم العداوة
If the teacher or instructor has commanded that a person be shunned, humiliated, ostracized, or distanced, and so on, then this matter must be examined.
If the individual has committed a legal sin, they are to be punished in proportion to their sin, without any excess. However, if they have not committed a legal sin, it is not permissible to punish them for the sake of the teacher’s personal interests or anyone else’s.
Teachers do not have the right to divide people into factions or engage in actions that sow enmity among them.

فإذا كان المعلم أو الأستاذ قد أمر بهجر شخص؛ أو بإهداره وإسقاطه وإبعاده ونحو ذلك: نظر فيه فإن كان قد فعل ذنبا شرعيا عوقب بقدر ذنبه بلا زيادة وإن لم يكن أذنب ذنبا شرعيا لم يجز أن يعاقب بشيء لأجل غرض المعلم أو غيره. وليس للمعلمين أن يحزبوا الناس ويفعلوا ما يلقي بينهم العداوة
If the teacher or instructor has commanded that a person be shunned, humiliated, ostracized, or distanced, and so on, then this matter must be examined.
If the individual has committed a legal sin, they are to be punished in proportion to their sin, without any excess. However, if they have not committed a legal sin, it is not permissible to punish them for the sake of the teacher’s personal interests or anyone else’s.
Teachers do not have the right to divide people into factions or engage in actions that sow enmity among them.
