Ukraine is preparing up to 9 mechanized brigades for a counteroffensive. In total, this is 9-72 thousand people, 900 armored personnel carriers and 315 tanks - Czech President Petr Pavel.

According to Petr Pavel, the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have that element of surprise that contributed to the success near Kharkov and Kherson last year.
