"America’s control of the World Ocean is what makes the petrodollar system possible. If the ocean became a war zone, or was riddled with privateers and pirates, fossil fuel shipments and international trade would collapse. If America could not project power over the ocean, it could not guarantee the security of Saudi Arabi, nor intervene in wars where necessary to enforce the system."

The FBI raided Gretchen Whitmer’s opponent, Ryan Kelley’s home this morning. They executed both a search warrant and an arrest warrant at Kelley's home in Allendale. He was arrested at 9:30am.

Kelley was at the Capitol on J6 but didn’t go inside. They need a big headline to bring more attention to their sham hearing tonight.

"It's Impossible!" - How Did Drosten's PCR Paper Get Peer-Reviewed, Published, and Handled in a Day?

The Normal Process

- You need two or three people to peer review in total, meaning you have to contact between 10 and 20 people. This typically takes 1, 2, 3 weeks or longer.

- Then they have to write feedback on the paper, which often takes one or two weeks.

- After feedback, the author has to write revisions. It is almost unheard of for a paper to be accepted right away.

- Then the paper goes to the typesetter, who puts everything into the format of the journal and sends queries to the editors to check citations.

- Once these queries are answered, the typesetter puts the paper into the format of the journal, and THEN it gets published.

Dr. Simon Goddek: "All these steps can't be done within 24 hours because there's also a night where people are sleeping. Then we're talking about 12 hours. Talk about one day of this happening. It's impossible!"

Denmark and the Netherlands oppose granting EU candidate status to Ukraine, Bloomberg writes.

There are also questions about human rights and the protection of minorities, the newspaper reports.

But Germany offers to give Ukraine a kind of "conditional candidate status."

Mystery of Cahokia – why did North America’s largest city vanish?

Long before Columbus reached the Americas, Cahokia was the biggest, most cosmopolitan city north of Mexico. Located in southern Illinois, eight miles from present-day St Louis. It was occupied by the Mississippians, a group of Native Americans.

Tales of Cahokia don’t even show up in Native American folklore and oral histories.

By 1350 Cahokia had been deserted by its native inhabitants the Mississippians – and no one is sure why…
