❗️🇷🇺🇺🇸🏴☠️ For the second year in a row, the United States has banned Russian diplomats from laying wreaths at the Spirit of the Elbe memorial plaque at Arlington Cemetery.
This was stated by Ambassador Anatoly Antonov, recalling that last December our diplomats were not allowed to visit the Fort Richardson National Cemetery in Anchorage:
“It is becoming increasingly difficult for us to reach out to official Washington regarding the importance of preserving the memory and working together to perpetuate the heroes of those times. Such an attitude is insulting not only for the veterans of the two countries, but also for everyone who remembers their great feat.”
‼️Today, April 25, marks the 78th anniversary of the historic meeting of Soviet and American troops on the Elbe River.

The Church of the Sacred Heart on Mount Tibidabo
Perched at the top of Mount Tibidabo, the Church of the Sacred Heart rewards visitors with exceptional views of Barcelona and the surrounding countryside.
The origins of the church date back to 1886 when a small hermitage was built on the site by John Bosco, an Italian priest who was canonised in 1934.

When I was an 18 year old edgelord, I used to come up with ridiculous Eric Cartmen style plans to deal with society's problems, and by odd coincidence, every last one of them came true. I can only imagine visiting myself in the past and explaining 2023.
>"We should legalize drugs, but poison every 20th batch so I don't have to deal with crackheads."
>Yeah, Libtards did it.
>"Wut?"
>Yeah, San Fransisco, Portland, etc. All legal, free needles, but it's frequently spiked with lethal doses of Fentanyl to kill them off.
>"What if we took low tier men and fed them a steady diet of gay porn, but TOLD them it wasn't gay because reasons, until their taste changed and it removed them from the gene pool?"
>Libtards did it.
>"No way."
>Yes way
>"What if we removed single moms from the gene pool by telling them their children would be happier, healthier, and more well behaved if they had them spayed and neutered?"
>.....
>"Why are you smiling?"

Mars has two moons, Phobos and Deimos. The two potato-shaped objects have puzzled planetary scientists for a long time. What is their origin? Are they captured asteroids or were they once part of the Red Planet, like the Moon was part of ours? Now, the closest images ever taken of Deimos appear to indicate the latter.
The Emirates Mars Mission's Hope Probe has been studying the Red Planet for several years when last summer it undertook a course correction to slightly change its target of focus from Mars to Deimos, the planet’s smaller and outermost moon. Several flybys took the probe as close to Deimos as 100 kilometers (61 miles), the closest humans have ever been to the small rocky body.

Replica of ancient era of locks and keys
This lock was a wooden pin lock, where pins within the lock are lifted out of holes using a key, allowing the lock to move and open.
The keys for these locks often looked like large wooden toothbrushes, with pegs corresponding to the pins that needed to be lifted in order to open the lock.
This style of wooden pin lock was commonly used in ancient Egypt to safeguard valuables and doors to places of religious significance, helping eliminate the need for stationed guards at doorways.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 The RF Armed Forces have changed the tactics of using aviation and drones to search for and destroy air defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced by the Ukrainian head of the joint press center Alexei Dmitrashkovsky.
According to him, Russia is now using a slightly different tactic, unlike the past, when they flew one or two planes at different times. “Yesterday there was team work: two planes lured out our air defense forces, and the third plane struck ,” Dmitrashkovsky said.
Kamikaze drones are also used differently. As Dmitrashkovsky says, now Gerans are combined with Lancets, where the former lure the air defense systems onto themselves, and the Lancets hit open positions. “After the use of the Shaheds , the Lancets appeared. It is also a strategy to locate air defense positions and then strike with the Lancets accordingly ,” he said.

The EU began allocating funds to lay a new fiber-optic cable along the bottom of the Arctic Ocean to Japan, bypassing Russia, — NHK World Japan.
The project's budget at this stage is more than 3 million euros. Companies from Japan, the USA, and Finland participate in it.
It is planned that the cable will pass through the North American part of the Arctic Ocean and connect Norway with Alaska and the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido.
Observers say the EU is investing in a project to provide a new data route to Asia as ties with Russia have deteriorated significantly, and Russian cybercriminals pose an increasing threat to the continent's security.
Far North Fiber notes that current data links between Japan and Europe include a route that crosses the Pacific Ocean, the US mainland, and the Atlantic. The other passes through Southeast Asia, the Indian Ocean, and the Middle East. Another one crosses Russia.

Why Are Conservatives More Disgusted By Body Odour Than Liberals?
In Dutton's latest video he introduces this finding by describing it as fascinating, making a great deal of sense of a great many things.
Disgust is the emotional motivator of the behavioural immune system, repelling us from real or perceived sources of contagion. Disgust at body odour correlates with disgust at out-groups because both are stimuli reinforced by evolution to be associated with contagious disease.
He argues that conservatives have kept to pre-industrialized societal norms which are adaptations against the spread of deadly diseases introduced by outsiders. While liberals, permitted by advances in healthcare and technology, have evolved to have lower levels of disgust towards outsiders and greater cooperative abilities.
In this sense there is an evolutionary trade-off, as being entirely isolated you are safeguarded against a potentially genocidal plague, but you cannot share memes and resources with outsiders, but if a group is entirely inclusive they can share and cooperate with outgroups, but risk being wiped out by novel diseases.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 US congressmen intend to submit a resolution according to which the complete return of the 1991 borders under the control of Kiev should be considered a victory for Ukraine
The document also contains a demand for the Russian Federation to pay reparations and US support for Ukraine's entry into NATO.
For the first time, the draft clearly indicates what exactly should be considered the end of the war and the victory of Ukraine.
