New Year's Resolution: Build something, literally anything that adds value for someone

There is something about getting close to midnight to start the new year that feels exciting and nervous at the exact same time. I know nothing will magically change, but the anticipation, the hopes and the goals of the new year, a fresh start that feels like a second chance.
2025 for me was filled with a lot of ups and downs. I lost a lot but also gained things that I never thought I would ever get to experience. I’m so grateful to my family, friends and everyone who has gotten me to where I am today. I truly wouldn't be here without you. Thank you.
Dear 2026, I hope this year I can be kinder to people, more dedicated in my work and document my journey. I can’t wait to share with you the things I’ve planned. Thank you for reading. Happy New Year everyone! 🎆
P.S. I never did get to finish my reading goal, but the show must go on!

If given the choice, I’d take doing a project over an exam any day. Exams have always made me nervous, so when the teacher offered the option to do a project and skip finals, you best believe I took that deal 🤝
The project was to create a UART communication system using PIC microcontrollers, where multiple slaves communicate with each other through UART channels. This allowed me to control LEDs on one board using potentiometers and switches on another, basically understand how microcontrollers communicate 💡
I’m officially taking this as certification to do the electrical wiring of my house someday 🔌⚡️
P.S. the code is in C!
