This is the 2nd and final form, and everyone must fill it again, even if you submitted the first one.
Incorrect or missing submissions will not be accepted.

Please share this with others who may not have seen it.

So far, only around 90 students from SE and 70 students from CSE have submitted the form. Please fill it out immediately if you haven’t already, and please tell or share this with others who might not be aware.

Announcement for Graduating Software Engineering Students

The school has provided a form for all graduating students to fill in their personal and academic details. This form is essential for preparing your final graduation documents (tempo).

Please note that the form is distributed through your class representatives, so kindly reach out to your respective class rep to complete it.

Important Instructions:
• Fill in the form based on the details shown in the provided image/document👆.

• Write your first name, middle name, and last name in CAPITAL LETTERS.

• Attach a recent 3x4 photo at the top-right corner of the form.

• Update your eStudent portal profile picture with the same recent 3x4 photo (make sure it is not an old photo).
