This is to inform only 5th Year Software Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) students that the following Form is intended for students who have remaining courses due to various reasons.

Important Notes:
• This form is from Department and Registrar.
• The form is strictly monitored, so please ensure all information is accurate.
• All fields are required except the remarks section.
• The form collects the following details:
• First Name
• Middle Name
• Grandfather’s Name
• Student ID
• Gender
• Department
• Phone Number
• Course Name
• Course Code

Deadline: Submit the form by tomorrow morning, 7:00 AM sharp.

Please be informed that the 2nd round Exit Exam is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 16.

Regarding the registration process, I will contact the ICT Center and update you either later today or by tomorrow. For now, please take note of the exam date.

Also, the department has stated that students who still have any remaining courses will not be allowed to sit for the Exit Exam Model or the actual Exit Exam. Kindly make sure you meet this requirement.
