🔹The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to file a lawsuit against Ripple. The lawsuit revolves around the question of whether XRP tokens are securities that should have been registered with the SEC.
🔹Open Interest (OI) in Bitcoin futures on the CME exchange reached a new high of $1.47 billion. It's up 42% in a week.
🔹MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor announced an additional acquisition of 29,646 BTC worth about $650 million, which brings MicroStrategy to a total of 70,470 BTC.
