Have a good heart and healthy boundaries. Otherwise, your life is for everyone else and you lose yourself. Kindness is everything, but setting limits allows you to remain true to who you are.

● When you are having a rough day... you think you are failing.
But failure is a part of life. It's about building character and growing.

● Get correct views of life, and learn to see the world in its true light. It will enable you to live pleasantly, to do good, and, when summoned away, to leave without regret.

41. Spend a Moment, Every Day, Thinking of Someone to Love: This attitude keeps resentment away. Our attention the gets redirected toward being the +ve, not only toward that person, but in general throughout the day. Every morning when I wake up, I close my eyes and take a few deep breaths.
....Then I ask myself the question,
👉“Who shall i send love today?”

42. Become an Anthropologist: This simply means “being interested, without judgement, in the way other people choose to live and behave.” One of the cardinal rules of joyful living is that judging others takes a great deal of energy and, without exception, pulls you away from where you want to be.

Practice the pause. Pause before judging. Pause before assuming. Pause before accusing. Pause whenever you’re about to react harshly and you’ll avoid doing and saying things you’ll later regret.

Let’s talk about a better way.
I’ve created a five-step process that can help you manage your mind, master your emotions, and feel more peace in the midst of conflict. When you feel overwhelming emotion and you’re tempted to react impulsively:
(1. Stop and pause.)
It also allows our logical brain to determine how we are perceiving the information or situation.

(2. Label the emotion.)
Breathe and allow yourself to feel the emotions triggered by your primitive brain. Then label or name the emotion. I’m feeling angry. I’m feeling anxious. I’m feeling impatient. This helps you to investigate the emotion more objectively and takes away some of its power.

(3. Lean in with curiosity.)
Next, investigate the emotions. Lean in with curiosity and non-judgment.
What is causing the most pain?
Ask yourself:
What are my thoughts about what is happening and why?
Could there be another explanation?
When we sit in a place of wonder and curiosity, we learn more about ourselves.

(4. Practice compassion.)
I was able to show compassion and use some positive self-talk as I began to use my frontal rational brain. Research has shown that when you talk to yourself in the third person you actually trigger the pathways in your brain that help you feel cared for, loved, and accepted. After we do this, we can move on to the next step.

(5. Practice acceptance.)
Learning to accept the things that are out of your control can bring you peace.

If some one is truely in to you they will respond you back!
Do you really think that, that if someone is truely in to you ...
••● They are going to operate on the chance of you leaving or going somewhere else ?
You dont have to beg them to repond or communicate.
••●They will prioritize you instead of fitting you in to there priorities!

You know that when you try to be something other than your ordinary self, whatever you are attracting isn't real because it's not the real you.

"Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny."

Here are four questions that I have found to be extremely helpful in shining a light on this subject:

■ Where in your life do you feel like you are struggling to be extraordinary?

■ Where in your life do you want to apply the healing balm of normalcy?

■Where are you putting pressure on yourself to be extraordinary?

👉If you want to explore this area of your life, in a very human and grounded way, journaling around these questions might serve you, if you’re open to it. Put down the weight of extraordinary and be your beautiful, ordinary self.
Extraordinary people exist within people with the most ordinary lives.
We’re all unique in our own right and that’s the beauty of being human.
We’re all ordinary and we’re all extraordinary.
