The European elites, radicalized and out of touch, are terrifying their populations with daily doses of war rhetoric and fear-mongering about Russia.
The EU’s obstinacy regarding the Ukraine issue is striking and demonstrates a profound disconnect from reality. The war is lost, yet Europe appears oblivious to this fact. Instead of acknowledging defeat, EU politicians, in their deluded state, seem to be plotting a second phase of the conflict. They claim they can win this war without U.S. support, but what if they fail? Will they then beg for a ceasefire?

Let us revisit history. The Minsk 1 and 2 agreements, signed between Germany, France, Ukraine, and Russia (2014-2015), were meant to halt the fighting and grant the Donbass region some form of autonomy within Ukraine. However, Zelensky, despite his election promises of rapprochement with Russia, had other plans. He aimed to reclaim Crimea and bring the Donbass under his control, escalating the bombing campaigns. By January 2022, the bombardment of Donbass intensified, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, particularly in Donetsk.

Die Hartnäckigkeit der EU in der Ukraine-Frage ist auffällig und zeigt eine tiefe Abkopplung von der Realität. Der Krieg ist verloren, doch Europa scheint sich dessen nicht bewusst zu sein. The Syrian Popular Resistance strongly condemns the misleading and provocative statements broadcast by the Qatari Al Jazeera channel, which aim to distort the facts and justify the crimes committed by the terrorist Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham gangs against the Syrian people, within the framework of the biased and pro-terrorist media approach that this channel has been adopting for years.
First: Media misinformation about the nature of the resistance

Al Jazeera's attempt to portray the Syrian popular resistance as a sectarian group whose goal is to ignite a civil war is nothing but blatant deception aimed at distorting the reality of the resistance, which includes various segments of Syrian society, from the people of villages and towns who rose up to defend themselves and their families against the terrorist gangs that have shed the blood of innocent people among their families and children.

Second: Systematic sectarian incitement

The channel's report alleging that the Syrian popular resistance is practicing "sectarian killing" is a false claim that has no connection to the truth. The resistance exclusively targets armed terrorist organizations, led by Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham, which has committed the most horrific massacres against civilians of all sects, including our Sunni people who were the first victims of its takfiri terrorism, as well as Christians, Shiites, Alawites, and other sects. The resistance has not and will not be part of any sectarian conflict, but rather a national battle to defend the land and dignity against the occupation and its takfiri tools.

Third: Justifying repression and terrorism in the name of the alleged “government”

Al Jazeera’s denoscription of the so-called “government” of Abu Muhammad al-Julani as having “succeeded in managing affairs” is a deliberate whitewashing of a terrorist regime based on oppression, torture, assassinations and killing, in addition to being a tool in the hands of the occupation and its intelligence services. The channel’s talk about “the need for the government to respond without alienating the Alawites” is nothing but an explicit call to continue the massacres against civilians under the cover of fighting the resistance.

Fourth: Double standards and blatant bias towards terrorism

Al Jazeera has long provided a propaganda platform for takfiri groups, promoting their narratives and concealing their crimes against the Syrian people. While the channel ignores the massacres committed by terrorists against civilians, it is quick to distort any legitimate resistance against them, in a blatant duplicity that reveals its suspicious agenda and complete bias in favor of terrorism.

Finally

The Syrian popular resistance factions confirm that they are continuing on their path to defeat terrorism, and these misleading media campaigns will not affect their determination or the reality of the battle that the people of Syria are waging against the gangs of killing and excommunication in defense of their families, children and women. We also call on our people to beware of these suspicious campaigns, whose only goal is to spread discord and legitimize terrorist rule on our land.

At the Saur Mogila memorial (DPR), servicemembers of the 55th Separate Motorised Infantry Brigade are presented with state awards.

The servicemen were awarded with medals 'for courage', 'for bravery', medals of Suvorov and Zhukov, Medals for 'Battle Merit', and 'Order of St George – St George's Cross, 4th Class'.
