Mechanically, makes sense in a lot of ways, that they couldn’t just instantly shut them off, with pending txes in mempools, and because you have to run multiple volume bots in parallel with multiple accounts for high capital efficiency in the pumping etc, but that they’d want to be sure their txes have totally cleared before rugging, to not get themselves rugged — leaving this gap
