I do a lot of boxing footwork, this class is made for power lifters wanting to improve their squat - it's equally good for both.
Kinstretch is versatile, its aim is to improve your function, health and control of the catalyst of all your movements, your joints and their CNS connectivity

Lung Capacity is one of the best predictors of Longevity
Recently I started reading this book, its already very good, it's well written, informative and engaging.
I feel like breathing is something that has been severely lacking personally and that many unknowingly struggle with this affliction.
Daily practice will be incorporated, and ill be sure to post some breathing techniques and a tldr here when finished.
From what I've read thus far, mastering the breath seems a game changer
Recently I started reading this book, its already very good, it's well written, informative and engaging.
I feel like breathing is something that has been severely lacking personally and that many unknowingly struggle with this affliction.
Daily practice will be incorporated, and ill be sure to post some breathing techniques and a tldr here when finished.

This knowledge provides a different frame with which to assess what aspects of ourselves we should improve. It's all good to read, pray and lift, but perhaps the first and foremost function upon which our existence depends needs to be improved and strengthened too.

I've been wearing blue blockers for a good few months now.
I can say, they definitely make a positive difference.
When I wear them I can feel my eyes already relaxing which indicates that they're no longer straining.
In the morning I feel more rested and feel like I've sleep better.
This is anecdotal of course and I'm sure there are articles or studies out there which are more evidence based.
But all in all, you could certainly spend the $25 in much worse ways
I can say, they definitely make a positive difference.

I do these every single day, and once you get used to the method it is as simple as a few breaths of your time.
It has cleared up a pinched nerve in my cervical spine and gives a feeling of mobility I didn't have before, if I miss a week then I can feel my spine start to stiffen. It's incredibly important to get bright light into your eyes at the start of the day, this is what kick starts your physiological system. Inversely, getting light out of your eyes at the end of the day starts the shutdown program.
If you're on the screens late, and waking up late, your sleep cycle will shift and you will be out of tune with the circadian rhythm that is your natural ideal
Successful organisms wake up early, this could make the difference between getting food or being food in nature.
An action you can take: get 10 minutes of natural sunlight in your eyes early in the day it will have immense benefits for you
