How to use LinkedIn Post Analytics to improve lead generation results?
Ekaterina Altbregina, ModumUp’s Marketing Director, answeres this question in the video above.
You can access the analytics for each post completely free of charge. What's most exciting about Post Analytics is that it allows you to see all impressions by job noscripts, locations, companies, company size, and industries.
You can use this data to analyze who viewed your content and if you notice a lack of representation from your target audience, it’s better to send more connection requests to your potential leads and interact with their posts more actively.

ModumUp's founder, Olga Bondareva, has recently shared some life hacks on how to break through lots of spam and lack of attention on LinkedIn.
So why is ignoring on LinkedIn the most common reaction?
- People receive so much spam, sometimes too much, especially in certain markets (for example, in the US)
- People often lose focus or forget: They get distracted and messages get lost
- Maybe they don't understand what you want from them in the first place
- Or they simply don't need what you're offering
Follow-ups are necessary to break through the spam and lack of attention.
How to remind them of yourself?
- Be systematic in your approach
- Provide value in your communication
- Personalize your messages
What to include in your follow-up?
- Additional details and materials related to your proposal
- Useful content (articles, videos, guides or ideas)
- Personalized video or audio
- Emojis can be used sparingly to add a touch of personality
- Invitations to events
How often to follow up?
- Remind your potential clients of yourself within 3-5 days after sending useful content or a proposal
- Follow up every 2-4 months with people who started ignoring you after an active conversation
- Reach out again to people, who showed no interest in your proposal, every 6-8 months (their situation can change!)
- Stick to the agreed-upon timeframe (if you have one)
P.S.: The screenshot shows a discussion about a noscript for #SocialSelling on #LinkedIn 😄

What actions might a company take if a Social Selling agency manages a LinkedIn profile of one of its employees who later leaves the company? We would like to share our experience on this matter.
We help manage profiles of both founders and hired managers. However, we work with hired managers more often because it is a common practice in large and medium-sized companies to promote their teams and invest in them. This investment often serves as a way to retain individuals within the company.
There have been two cases when people whose profiles we managed left. What should be done in this situation?
1. We still have a database of all the contacts with their statuses, making it possible to involve different employees to communicate with them. Additionally, we have analytics on noscripts, posts, and other mechanics of Social Selling to understand how they work precisely for your product/service and your audience.
2. We prepare a post for the outgoing person's page to introduce a new person as a replacement.
3. For leads with whom we are in active conversations, we create joint dialogues to introduce them to a new person.
We share our contact list with the other person from our client company without any loss.
Social Selling operates with complete transparency; all the contact information, status updates, and analytical data concerning noscripts, content, and other operational aspects remain intact and accessible to other employees responsible for the project from our client company. This ensures that your product or service can continue to be promoted effectively, even when a team member departs.

What steps we implemented at Modumup for knowledge sharing.pdf
106.1 KB
How we build a culture of experience sharing within the ModumUp team
In ModumUp, the entire team works remotely and is located in different cities and countries. Simultaneously, we handle over 30 projects.
Before, each team member gained experience limited to their specific projects, rather than benefiting from the agency's overall experience.
This situation didn't suit us. It's important to gain new experience more quickly, grow and enhance expertise in #socialselling across diverse cases. It's also crucial to incorporate new tools, such as ChatGPT, into our work.

Your LinkedIn account has been blocked - what to do?pdf.pdf

Your LinkedIn account has been blocked - what to do?
Olga Bondareva, Founder of ModumUp, noticed several complaints on her Facebook feed in recent days, and has decided to share her insights.
What's important to know here?
Firstly, getting blocked is normal. LinkedIn may be checking if you are a real person. You'll need to send your ID, and they'll unlock your profile. After that, LinkedIn will trust your profile more.
Secondly, to avoid getting blocked, you need to understand what influences the block.
1️⃣ You send too many connection requests and messages per week
What to do: If you have a new account, send a maximum of 50 connection requests per week. If your account is active, LinkedIn may allow you to send between 100 and 200 requests per week, depending on the profile. If you receive a warning, stop sending requests!
Regarding messages, it's recommended not to send more than 30 per week for a new account and not more than 150 per week for an active account.
2️⃣ You do all your activities on the same day
This behavior is considered unnatural for a LinkedIn user, so your profile may get blocked.
What to do: Try to spread your LinkedIn activities across different days.
3️⃣ You open too many profiles of people or visit profiles from external sources
This behavior resembles the work of automated tools (even though real automation tools don't do this anymore).
What to do: Use LinkedIn's internal search or Sales Navigator, and spread your activities across different days to avoid opening too many profiles at once.
4️⃣ You send spam to people, and they complain
What to do: Work on improving your profile and messaging so they don't look suspicious and don't resemble a bot.
Important: There can be many other reasons for being blocked.
What to do if your profile is ALREADY blocked?
Read our post on LinkedIn.
Have a successful experience on LinkedIn without getting blocked!

🦄 Rubber-duck-unicorn is a symbol of our agency
As ModumUp works closely with tech companies, a rubber duck caught our attention as a cute part of the programming culture.
Have you heard about "rubber duck debugging"? If not, it’s a problem-solving technique where a developer explains their problems and the thought process behind them to an imaginary helper. Traditionally, a rubber duck is chosen for this role. Now a rubber duck has become a symbol for the technique itself.
But why it’s also a unicorn? Well, startups that achieve a valuation of over $1 billion are often referred to as "unicorns" and we love working with these ambitious startups and helping them reach their full potential. And as a company, we share this ambition too!
So, if you see a rubber duck on the cover of our Social Selling conference our page, or on top of our Founder Olga Bondareva head 😀, know that we take our work seriously and are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their goals.
