East Rail Line services will berth at new platforms underground when arriving Hung Hom, please follow the signs to exits through the concourse

#紅磡 站喺地面嘅 1 號同 4 號月台，現迎來最後一個服務乘客嘅晚上 👋🌌

月台連同紅磡站於 1975 年由女皇陛下揭幕，先後供柴油火車及三代電動列車停泊

其中，5 號月台於 90 年代起劃為邊境禁區，服務城際列車，而 1 號月台曾在 2004 至 2009 年暫停使用，而各個月台曾於 1998 及 2009 年翻修

隨屯馬綫喺上年全綫貫通，全新位於室內嘅月台已局部開放， #東鐵綫過海段 開幕依始，新月台亦會接替舊月台嘅工作，方便乘客喺更舒服同寬闊嘅環境上落車，而改良咗嘅路軌設計，就會進一步縮短東鐵綫列車嘅行車時間

It’s the final whistle for passenger services leaving and arriving at Platforms 1 / 4 on the ground level of Hung Hom Station tonight

These platforms, together with the station itself, were unveiled by Her Majesty the Queen in 1975. Diesel trains and the three generations of electrical unit trains have been calling at these platforms over the years

The Platform 5 has become the frontier closed area since the 90s while Platform 1 was out of use from 2004 - 2009. All platforms were undergone refurbishments in 1998 and 2009

Following Tuen Ma Line has fully opened last year, brand new platforms underground were also partially operative. They will now take over the role of old platforms when the East Rail Line Cross-Harbour Section opens to allow passengers boarding and alighting in a more decent environment. Improved track layout there would also shorten East Rail Line’s journey time
