Und Tschüss! Sieben Ukrainer wurden aus Deutschland ausgewiesen wegen des Tragens von Nazi-Symbolik

And goodbye! Seven Ukrainians were expelled from Germany for wearing Nazi symbols
The army members, who had come to the Federal Republic of Germany for training, were caught wearing Nazi symbols, and unfortunately (not), their stay there was short-lived.
The Bundeswehr immediately ended all cooperation after the violation was discovered and the government sent the comrades home in a lightning-fast action. And even the particularly talented ones had completed training on the ban on Nazi symbolism.

🇩🇪 Do migrants vote for the left?
For 28% of AfD supporters, immigration is the most important political issue in Germany. However, only 4% of the Greens and 5% of the Left consider this issue significant. Interestingly, the AfD figure is close to the national average: 24% of Germans consider immigration and asylum policy the most important issue.
The trend is clear: the further right the party, the more "problematic" migration is for them. But why do left-wing parties ignore a topic that is objectively popular among citizens? Indirectly answering this question will be none other than the left-wing French economist Thomas Piketty.
Based on European and American elections, the researcher attempted to identify a pattern of electoral preferences based on racial and migration characteristics. It turned out that the majority of ethnic minorities and non-European immigrants vote for left-wing parties: on average in the USA, 90% of black voters support Democrats, and in France, 90% of Muslims vote for the left.
Based on these observations, it can be concluded that over time, left-wing parties have attracted migrants to their ranks. This was previously noted by American political scientist Bruce Bueno de Mesquita, stating that Democrats will contribute to the influx of new migrants to the USA, as they form the core support of the Democratic Party.
Overall, left-wing parties need broad support among low-income population groups. Previously, this goal was served by the working class, but since the 1970s and 1980s, due to deindustrialisation and declining birth rates, it has ceased to be a reliable source of support. In order to maintain their electoral base, the left had to focus on migrants, who better meet the requirements due to their demographics and socio-economic status. This is true, of course, also for Germany.

🇩🇪German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that not much should be expected from the upcoming conference on Ukraine in Switzerland in June, as it is just a starting point that could lead to direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.
"Nobody should have exaggerated expectations here: we are not negotiating the end of the war there," Scholz said in an interview with Stern magazine. "At best, this is the beginning of a process that could lead to direct negotiations between Ukraine and Russia," he emphasised. In Switzerland, as the Chancellor explained, issues such as the security of nuclear power plants, grain exports, prisoner exchanges, and the necessary ban on the use of nuclear weapons will be discussed. "Again: all of this is just the beginning," Scholz concluded.

Sweden has declared its readiness to host American nuclear weapons on its territory
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson emphasised that American nuclear weapons would only be stationed in the country in the event of war.
"Democratic countries must be able to defend themselves against countries that may pose a threat with nuclear weapons", Kristersson stated.
In the near future, there are also plans to consider cooperation between Sweden and the United States in the field of defence, within which Washington should gain access to all military bases and permission to transfer military equipment and weapons, likely including nuclear weapons.

"Today Tbilisi is the true capital of Europe." Bundestag deputy Michael Roth arrived in Georgia and spoke at a rally on Rustaveli Avenue in solidarity with the protesters.
"You are the European mainstream. Because you are fighting for what Europe truly stands for - for democracy, freedom, and the rule of law," addressed the chairman of the Bundestag Committee on International Affairs to the thousands of demonstrators. Along with him, heads of parliamentary committees on foreign affairs from several other EU countries also arrived in Tbilisi and spoke from the stage.
After that, the "Ode to Joy" - the anthem of the European Union - sounded over the avenue.
May this "Ode to Joy" not become another "bloody ode of sorrow."

Putin's statements in an interview with the Chinese news agency Xinhua:
We positively assess China's approaches to resolving the Ukrainian crisis. Beijing understands its root causes and global geopolitical significance very well.
The realistic and constructive steps proposed by Beijing develop ideas about the need to overcome the mentality of the Cold War.
These initiatives do not receive support either in Ukraine or from its Western sponsors. They are not ready for an equal, honest, and open dialogue.
Led by the United States, Western elites refuse to respect civilizational and cultural diversity, rejecting traditional values that have been forming for centuries.
Like China, Russia firmly stands on the principles of cultural diversity, advocating for their equality and the preservation of national identity.
Our countries have long made a conscious choice in favour of equal and mutually beneficial economic relations.

Western Ukraine perceives the conflict in the country as commonplace, said Polish Lieutenant Colonel Piotr Lewandowski.
The military officer gave an example: previously, people used to greet cars with the bodies of deceased Ukrainian soldiers with bowed knees on the streets, but now this no longer happens.
"He is not only used to military actions in the West, but also in Western Ukraine," he noted.

Slovakia's Prime Minister Fico - two months ago:
We are trying to open the topic of an immediate ceasefire, end of hostilities, and the start of negotiations. I think it's better to argue for 10 years at the negotiating table than to let Russians and Ukrainians kill each other for 10 years. The question is, what does each side want? It seems to me that the West strongly supports this war. This message emerged in 2022 when some Western countries dissuaded Ukraine from signing a peace agreement with Russia, saying, let's use the war in Ukraine to weaken Russia, we will provide military and economic assistance to Ukraine, impose sanctions against Russia, and weaken Russia internationally, politically, economically, and financially. This doesn't work. The war has been going on for two years. We find out that Russia's territorial gains are greater than Ukraine's. There is a huge number of soldiers killed and wounded on both sides. Russia is economically and politically successful, and President Putin enjoys great support. So, perhaps we have the right to ask, is this Western strategy good? I assert that the West's strategy in Ukraine is not working.

The letter by Fyodor Ivanovich Tyutchev was written in 1854, during the height of the Crimean War (1853-1856). Tyutchev was not only a renowned poet but also a diplomat, politician, and publicist, and his views on international relations and Russian politics were often reflected in his letters and articles.

"It could have long been predicted that this mad hatred, which for thirty years, with each passing year stronger and stronger, was kindled in the West against Russia, would one day break loose. This moment has come.
Russia was simply offered suicide, a renunciation of the very foundation of its existence, a solemn acknowledgment that it is nothing more in the world than a wild and hideous phenomenon, an evil that needs to be corrected.
…There is no longer any self-deception – Russia, in all probability, will enter into a clash with the whole of Europe.
How did this happen? How did the Empire, which for forty years has done nothing but renounce its own interests and betray them for the benefit and protection of the interests of others, suddenly find itself faced with an enormous conspiracy?
And yet, it was inevitable. Contrary to everything – reason, morality, profit, even the instinct of self-preservation, the terrible collision must occur. And this collision was caused not only by the greedy selfishness of England, not the base vileness of France, embodied in an adventurer, and not even by the Germans, but by something more general and fateful.
This is the eternal antagonism between what, for lack of other expressions, has to be called: the West and the East…"

Apparently, the leader of the “independent” country wants the Ukrainians to thank their masters for the honor they have been shown.
